Demolition of stone, brick/PCC block masonry work built in cement mortar complete all as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrougt iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise privided for (steel gate & Y angles etc) including stainless steel letters in the board all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete.

Dismantling old fencing , any type complete all as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type all as directed.

M&L Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as directed

S&F in repair galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as directed.

S&F Galvanised MS concertina coil fencing of 600mm dia, centre to centre barb distance 48mm, thickness of strip 0.50mm, lengrh of barb 10.50. Dia of spring wire 2.50mm, number of spiral (No of turns) 50/51 per coil, clips per spiral 5, approximate weight 8.25 Kg/Coil (Recommended coil stretch length 6m) and conforming to IS all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid bricks with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate exc 10cm width and setting in CM 1:6 Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick CM (1:4) on block masonry surface, finshing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M&L for prep of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed complete.

M&L preparation and washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces of wall including cornices and applying one coat of acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer's specification complete all as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete work all as specified and as directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in drains and surface channels and flooring complete all as specified and as directed

Cleaning of area drain of any size and removing the loose gravel, silt, leaves and debris by removing existing cover slabs and re position of slab to original surface including making good of surface and deposit the soil / silt to a distance upto 5 KM and levelled complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition reinforced cement concrete in any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 precast cover slab using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 including form work complete all as specified and as directed

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape reqd incl cranking and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation old steel surfaces with one coat of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces steel work over 10cm in width or girth of any description and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as directed.
