The Vacuum Circuit Breaker (Make- Schneider Electric / SIEMENS / ABB / Crompton Greaves / L&T) is horizantal isolation & horizantal drawout/Vertical isolation & horizontal drawout with 3 compartments and is made of 2mm CRCA sheet for load bearing members with vermin & moisture proof along with automatic shutter arrangement for complete isolation of bars, cable sockets & other live parts etc. when the removable portion is withdrawn. The breaker is arranged for hand operation through front of the panel push buttons & spring charging mechanism and also electrical motor which will be energizied by 230V AC. | 1.03FRONT DOOR The front door of the breaker should not be set as front. High-Voltage door during switching operations, the high-voltage door should remain closed and mechanical interlock should prevent opening of door when the switching device is in service and is switched ON. The position of the withdraw-able section, the CLOSED/OPEN switch position of the switching device, the operating cycle counter and the “spring charged” indication should be visible through pressure-resistant inspection windows in the high-voltage door. The panel front door can be closed with the breaker in isolated position. The degree of protection in the panel is IP-43 as per Indian Standard IS 3427. | ||||||

SITC 11 KV HT PANEL
Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of 11 kV, 800A, short-circuit capacity of 26.3 kA for 3 sec 2-panel HT Gear with VCBs as per Specification [Make - SIEMENS / ABB / Crompton Greaves / L&T] below :-
The Vacuum Circuit Breaker should comply as per IS:13118 & IEC:62271-100 for Circuit Breaker & IS:3427 & IEC:62271-200/IEC 694, IEC-61850 for Indoor panel.
PANEL The HT panel is rated at 11 kV, 3-Phase 800A, Breaking Current/short-circuit capacity of 26.3kA for 3 sec, 50c/s and shall be of floor-mounting, sheet steel clad, free-standing metal enclosed air insulated switchgear cubicle with VCB inside. POTENTIAL TRANSFORMER The potential transformer is drawout type with HRC fuses provided in both the sides of primary & secondary. The PT shall be cast resin moulded & insulated type encapsulated & 3- phase type with Dyn11 connection. It should be of class 1.0 with over-voltage factor 1.2 conntinuous for a solidly grounded system.
RELAYS Combined Numerical Relay of SCADA-compatability with following protection function:-50, 50N, 51, 51N, 37, 46, 46BC, 49, 50BF, 64N, 68, 86 and 95 Master Trip Relay
INDICATION Red/Green/Amber/Blue/White Indicating lamps for ON / OFF /TRIP /SPRING CHARGE /TRIP CKT HEALTHY indication in the panel.
TESTING The fully assembled switch board shall be offered for routine testing as per provision of IS 3427. The manufacturer should submit closing & tripping time curve after testing on a breaker analyzer. For major boughtout components like CT, PT, meters & relays the routine test certificates of the respective manufacturers need to be submitted.

[ From HT VCB Terminals to Transformers] Through Existing Massonary Trench incl. taking out RC covers, Checker plates, setting RC covers and checker plate in order,mending good the damages and filling the trench with dry sand [Make : Polycab / Havells/Gloster]
Making heatshrinkable joints indoor type to the ends of the following XLPE HT cable at the transformer end as well as at the VCB ends supplying with necy. jointing kits, sockets, sleeves, anti-corrossive paste, wires, solders, jointing compounds, rubber sheets etc. incl. supplying of necy. tools & tackeles for crimping the end sockets, soldering irons & making of glands at the both end of the cable as per directions of EIC. Earthing with Copper plate (610x610x3mm size) having weight of 9.84 Kg and 1 No. 25x5mm Copper strip (3.20 mt long) & 1 no. 6 sqmm PVC insulated stranded Copper wire (4 Mt long) incl. Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

Supply & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat 65 mm x 8 mm on wall having clearence of 50 mm from wall incl. providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, porcelain type spacing insulators etc. as required.
Insulating the 65 x 8 mm M.S. flat incl. S&F black heat shrink PVC sleeves etc. The PVC tube sleeve to be inserted on the GI flat and heat shrinked by heating apparatus by skilled technician carefully without damaging the PVC sleeve as per direction of the EIC (for transformer neutral earth bus bar).
Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F of no. 8 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages.
Supplying and fixing 25 mm X 6 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth busbar to earth electrode including connection with s & f of 40 mm dia G.I. Pipe, nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required as to GS.
Extra for connecting the neutral of Transformer/Earth busbar to earth electrode including S & F 50 mm x 6 mm Galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip on wall/floor with GI saddles & insulating the same by one layer of PVC strip over one layer of ampere tape

SITC of floor mounting cubicle type indoor compartmentalized 415 Volt. 50 Hz. dust & moisture proof L.T. distribution panel (CPRI tested) board fabricated out of 14SWG ( 2.0 mm ) nominal thickness CRCA sheet steel for load bearing and 16SWG CRCA for Non-Load bearing framework and covers, and 3 mm nominal thickness for gland plates, including cleaning and finishing complete with 7 tank process, with short circuit withstand capacity of 31 MVA for one second, front and back open able, hinged, single shuttered, single door, with locking arrangement, good quality. The panel should have adequate strength and space to accommodate the incoming & outgoing switches and bus bars with all inter connections in between the switches & bus bars with solid copper rod / bars of suitable capacity. The panel should be provided with cable alley for facilitating connection of all the incoming & outgoing XLPE cables with termination arrangements by supply & fixing copper terminal bar / bolt of required sizes. The 2 nos. G.I earth bus bar should run along the full length of the panel board. The incoming as well as outgoing terminals of TPN ACB should be provided with Extra copper bar of suitable capacity for smooth termination of multiple cables. All incoming / outgoing TPN ACB units should have identification as directed by the E.I.C. The panel board should be painted by powder coated paint & the layout diagram of the panel board should be approved by the E.I.C before manufacturing. [Supplier will provide 5 years of comprehensive warranty on the supplied LT panel with all equipments/ apparatus from the date of Installation] The panel board should comprise with the followings :
