The bidder shall be a registered KPWD/ CPWD Class-3 & above.
The bidder shall be registered firm as Sole Proprietorship/Partnership /Pvt Ltd Company etc as per prevailing norms.
In case of partnership firm the tender shall furnish the registered partnership deed and GPA as per prevailing norms.
The bidder has to upload the bid form enclosed in this tender duly filling all details
No Deviation certificate available in the tender documents shall be filled and uploaded.
The bidder shall scan and upload GST registration certificate along with Annexures..
Total value of civil engineering construction works executed and payments received in the last 5 years. , i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 (Rs. in lakhs) as per prescribed proforma in Section -3 of KW-2 Form, Clause1.20. Attach certificate from chartered accountant for each year.
To qualify for award of this contract, each bidder in his/their name should have Achieved, in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of not less than amount put to tender in the last 5 years, i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 . Attach the audited Turn over certificate and profit & loss sheet of each year along with UDIN issued by chartered accountant.
To qualify for award of this contract, each bidder in his/their name should have Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor at least one similar nature of work or one building work in any one of the last 5 years, i.e. . 2020-21 to 2024-25 financial years amounting to 50% of the amount put to tender in any of the Government/Public undertaking. Order copies/ certificates issued from the cadre of not less than the rank of Executive Engineer shall be scanned and uploaded
Tender capacity shall be consider for qualification of the tender to assess the available tender capacity as per Section 3.2 of KW-2 form.
Existing commitments and ongoing works as on the date of this tender in the prescribed proforma in section -3 of KW-2 Form The contractor shall enclose/ attach/upload all necessary certificates duly attested by the employer for details in column No(7)of the table.
Works for which tenders already submitted as on the date of this tender in the prescribed proforma in section -3 of KW-2 Form The contractor shall scan & upload the details duly self attested
The Tenderer shall provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years with KPTCL.
The Tenderer/bidder should not have been Blacklisted/ disqualified for non-performance in any of the Government utilities in the past five years as on date of Bid opening.
Where the zonal Chief Engineers/CEE(T&P)/SEE Tr. Circle have issued notices in respect of ongoing works in the last 6 months as on date of bid submission invoking Risk & Cost clause and where the work is not completed/charged or it is completed by KPTCL entrusting it to some other agency
Tenderers shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by the Government of Karnataka.
The Agency shall furnish the valid ESI and EPF certificates
Liquid Assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 26.95 Lakhs (Credit lines/ Letter of credit/ certificates from Banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.) (30% of APT)
The Bidder shall submit valid IT PAN card & Latest Indian Income Tax return verification form (Form-ITR-V
