Scope of Work
Complete Overhauling ,dismantling,replacement, fixing, testing , and commissioning of Unit-II Air Relief Hydraullic operated Valve, with its defective parts(Nozzle ,liner, pin, sleeve plate, O seal, ring, bush, rod, Piston and Piston ring), Bolt M30x85=12Nos, Stud M30x160=16 Nos along with flanges at its both end.Air Relief Seamless pipe along with new High pressure bends, pipes and flanges ,fasteners, gaskets and bends of Unit-II should be done in the presence of Engineer In charge/represenatative at a test pressure of 140kg/cm². Replaced seamless pipes with flanges should be proper fit with the Hydraullic operated Air Relief Valve assembly. Dismantled materials sould be handover to the site representative.During dismantle if any other material not mentioned above got damaged same shall be replaced by the contractor at his own cost. Note: The scope of this work includes the provision of labour, tools, plants, material and performance of work necessary for the design, manufacture, quality assurance, quality control, shop assembly, shop testing, site storage and preservation, installation, commissioning, performance testing, acceptance testing, , as per specification hereunder complete with all accessories and warranting trouble free safe operation of the installation. Note: All other extra consumable material required for the job if any, same will be in the scope of the contractor without any extra cost. Transportation / Carriage of all parts shall be in scope of contractor/firm. The Contractor shall provide all the required equipment, services, accessories & material required for the completion of the job as per site requirement whether explicitly mentioned in these specifications or not to fulfil the intent of the specification and to ensure the completeness, operation and maintainability of the system at no extra cost to the Employer. Contractor will be responsible for any fatal/non-fatal accident during the work. Completion of job in all respect as per directions of Engineer In-Charge.
