Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within all lead. Serviceable materials to be handed over to the Deptt. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:- In cement mortar including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soils, such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, by blasting or chieling and pumping bailing, dewatering where ever required etc. complete and lift up to all heights and then clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm, layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth up to approved dumping site , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge. Any loss of Govt.and private property during the execution of work shall be the absolute responsibilty of the contractor.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete Mechnically Mixed and vibrated of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :- 1:4:8 (One cement isto Four coarse sand isto Eight graded stone aggregate) 40 mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :1:3:6 :-(20 mm ) (one cement isto Three coarse sand isto Six graded stone aggregate (Twenty milimeter) nominal size including all lead,lift and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. weepholes 100 mm diameter pipe in brick masonary/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing walls,retaining wall extended through the full width of the structures with slope of 1 (V) : 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto Six coarse sand) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, (Five centimeter to Twenty centimeter) in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.
