Erection of German Technology Alluminium Structure as per Manufacturer Specification with PVC Tensile Fabric fitted to frames with necessary cross bracing. Wind tie & Struts as necessary. (All materials are contractor's property)

Fitting & Fixing PVC fire resitant tarpolin over the steel roof truss frame and plastic rope netting and tying the tarpaulin with plastic rope with the frame including carriage of materials at site and removing the same after the function as directed and specified. (All the materials are contractors property)

Kutchi design cloth decoration in ceiling of the pandal and side decoration of the pandal with kutchi design cloth etc.complete as directed.(All the materials are contractors property)

Providing view cutter with heavy duty rope over the tarpolin roofing,walling etc.complete as directed.

Construction of Stage of 2.00 m high with 50mm dia steel pipe fixing with cross pipe with bolt and nut. The post are at a distance of 1.20 m apart and the platform with……… Steel frame staircase as directed by the department. (All the materials are contractors property)

Wooding Flooring etc including fixing to wood frame with iron screws, nails etc. Red Port complete as directed by the department including dismentling of the same after the function is over. (All the dismental materials will be contractor's property as the salvage value is considered)

Printing, framing and fixing flex including local carriage etc. complete as directed including cost of dismantling after the function is over. (All the dismental materials will be contractor's property as the salvage value is considered)

Construction of Bamboo barricade 1.50m high with bhuluka/ Mukal bamboo dressed post @ 1.50 to 1.80m c/c driven at least 0.60m with 4 nos. of horizontal jati bamboo railing tied with coir string and placing steel mesh 1.20m height to the bamboo barricade tied with GI wire complete including all cost of carriage and labour four construction as well as dismantling after the programme is over (The dismatled bamboo coir strings, steel welded mesh etc received from dismantling of barricade will be the contractor propoerty)

Providing Partition wall using 6 mm Ply and bothside printed flex in steel frame of height 2.42 mm and including pvc door with fittings for attached toilet and 1 wooden door for room.

Providing Sanitary & Water Supply Installation for One Room with attached toilets etc. as directed by the department.

Hire charge of Grass Carpet including carriage as directed by department.

Hire charge of Red Carpet including carriage as directed by the deptt.

Hire charge of Sofa Set as directed by the deptt. (For 2 Days)

Hire charge of VIP Chair including carriage as directed by the deptt. (For 2 Days)

Hire charge of Plastic Chair including carriage as directed by the deptt. (For 2 Days)

Flower decoration for stage with natural flower and flower tubs including carriage complete considering 1 job.
