BIN SOILED LINEN LARGE (Drg No.FD-212/244) (a) Removing of unserviceable top from Bin linen large and S&F new top of size 900x450mm made out of 6mm Veneer Decorative plywood alongwith 45x19mm Teak wood batten frame all as per drg.

(b) Removing of unserviceable bottom ply from Bin linen large and S&F new bottom by 12mm thick commercial plywood of size 900x450 all as per drg.

( c) Removing of unserviceable front portion from Bin linen large and S&F new front portion with 6mm thick Veneer Decorative plywood duly fixed with Teak Wood beading of size 45x45x25mm made out of Teak Wood.

(d) Removing of unserviceable legs ply from Bin and S&F new legs made out of well seasoned Teak Wood as per existing.

SIDE BOARD (Drg No.FD-371/241 ) (a) Removing of existing unserviceable back and S&F new back of side board with 6mm thick commercial ply wood of size 1220x635mm

(b) Removing of existing unserviceable front shutters and S&F new shutters of size 390x595 mm made out of pre- laminated particle board 18mm both side teak shade all as per existing duly fixed with aluminium anodised knobs with ball spring catch.

(c) Removing of existing unserviceable legs and S&F new legs of size 15x45x45mm made out of seasoned Teak Wood all as per existing

(d) Removing of existing unserviceable drawers and S&F new drawers of 12mm made out of Veneer Decorative plywood all as per existing with 6mm thick commercial plywood for bottom of drawer alongwith aluminium anodised knob.

(e) Removing of unserviceable shelves from side board and S&F new shelves as per existing shape & size made out of 18/19mm thick particle board one side teak faced .

(f) Removing of unserviceable side and S&F new side with prelaminated particle board 18 mm thick, one side teak veneer as per existing shape & size.

(g) Polishing of side board with french polish to obtain glossy finish after preparation of polishing area with abbrassive cloth.

TABLE WRITING (Drg No.FD-275 / FD 33(M)) (a) Removing the exising unserviceable top of table writing and S&F new top made out of 18/19mm thick pre-laminated particle board, one side decorative teak shade and balancing white shade to the other side with 4mm thick Teak Wood edging all round as per drg.

(b) Removing unserviceable shutter and S&F new shutter to shelf of size 355x45mmx18mm thick prelaminated particle board, both side decorative teak shade with 4mm thick seasoned Teak Wood edging all round. Shutter shall be provided with one aluminium anodised knob and to be fixed with mild steel bright finish 30mm flap piano hinges

(C) Removing the exising unserviceable legs of table and S&F new Teak Wood legs of table writing of size 140 x 45 x 45mm all as per existing

(d) Removing the exising unserviceable stiffner of table and S&F new stiffner of bottom of size 975x50x25mm of seasoned 1st class Teak Wood as per existing

(e) Removing unsv drawer and S&F new drawer of table writing made with 6mm commercial plywood to bottom, 3 sides with 12mm thick wooden planks and 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterion grade to front portion. The drawer shall be fixed with aluminium anodised knob. Rest all as per existing and as specified in drg.

(f) Removing of unserviceable back ply from table writing and S&F new back ply of 6mm thick commercial plywood BWR grade as per existing shape & size

(g) Removing unserviceable bottom and S&F new bottom of table writing with 18mm pre-laminated particle board exterior grade as per existing shape & size and as specified in drg.

(h) Polishing of table writing with french polish to obtain glossy finish after preparation of polishing area with abbrassive cloth.

REPAIRS TO HAT STAND WITH MIRROR SMALL/LARGE (Drg No.FD-23(M), FD-206, FD-233, FD-361, FD-362) (a) Removing of old unserviceable ply wood of hat stand and S&F new ply wood 3.5mm thick one side Teak Face all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per drg. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided
