Assigning a historian for the collection of data and research of the entire sculptures present in the District Archaeological Museum (Darwin Hospital) - Sagar. The historian must provide content for each sculpture present in the museum along with research on the Dr Hari Singh Gour. Collection of Archaeological data for the "Art of Bundelkhand" Project along with submission of thesis on the various art forms in Bundelkhand. The data must be shared to the department from time to time basis for smooth functioning of the project.

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of the Podium in District Archaeological Mueum (Darwin Hospital) - Sagar). The podium should be made in the form of experience kiosk which will include fabrication work, carpentary, electrical and electronic configuration.

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of the front desk in District Archaeological Mueum (Darwin Hospital) - Sagar) of size 3.04m X 1.12m accordance with the drawing and specification of the consultant architect as follows. The skeletal frame of the front desk is to be fabricated using MS box frame of size 100mmX100mmX3mm (IS standard) Square hollow sections, The frame is to be formed with 4 legs, with the required inclination, (approximately 60 degrees), . The inclined legs are to be welded intact with 12mm thick base plate. Each joints of the MS box frames are also to be welded intact and finished smoothly. 18mm thick BWR marine grade plywood with standard specification in accordance with IS 303 standards, is to laid over the aluminum section. The plywood is to be fixed on purlins using SS screws and finished with required curvature

Ornamental Wall Mural: Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of ornamental wall mural in District Archaeological Mueum (Darwin Hospital) - Sagar of size 3000mmX3000mm fabricated with stainless steel plate of 3mm thickness of 304 grade configured to approved design pattern. Each joints of the mural has to neatly braced adapting proper technique And all the joints to be neatly and smoothly finished. The mural is to be fixed into the RCC wall using necessary anchor screws

Painting murals of mythological sculptures, Tribal work and nature theme based art work in Bhil and Gond form of art by gold medalist artist at District Archaeological Mueum (Darwin Hospital) - Sagar. -Two or more base coat of primer must be applied before the art work must be done --The art should be such that it should not hurt the sentiments of any particular community or group. -The paint should be of high quality and finish.

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of fonts Hindi & English in District Archaeological Mueum (Darwin Hospital) - Sagar made of 5mm thick Acrylic Sheet, 25mm depth Acrylic Lettering, 450mm Height AcrylicLettering. Each AcrylicLettering fixed to the masonry or RCC wall using dowel rod anchor screws. The finish of the Acrylicto should be clear with mirror finish. .
