REPAIR TO CERTAIN ROAD AND ROAD FURNTIURE IN OTHER DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN KALAIKUNDA

Material and labour for preparation of black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes,levelling, cutting with scraper for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning cleaned surface with gunny bags to romove all loose dirt etc

M&L Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS:8887 at a rate application of 0.3-0.35 kg/sqm on cement concrete pavement as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified

M&L Bituminous pre mix Semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) design mix 30 mm consolidated thickness in single layer with 5.5% minimum binder content mixed by weight to total mix paving bitumen ( VG-30 grade)and filler of 2% cement rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using means of self-propelled mechanical paver and rolled to uniform ,smooth surface using tandem vibratory /power roller exceeding 8 tone and n.exceeding 12 tone capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled,macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc n 400 sqm, n.exc 50mm deep all as specified

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam design mix with 4 % binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to outer edges of roads on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repairs to pot holes n exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat of by cationic emeulsion @ 5 Kg/X sqm, putting in 25mm thick premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of grade 30 (VG 30), rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne power roller etc complete as directed depth of pot holes n exc 30 mm

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with pecial applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n,exc 15cm deep in soft/loose soil on unven surface of natural ground, filled up area, removing vegetation, scrapping high patches and filling in low patches with the scrapped soil to given an even and neat look as in road side berms and removing unserviceable materials/rubbish/debris removee form site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in -charge.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering and roolled with 8 to 10 tonnes vibrator power rollers consolidated to required gradent and camber etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.
