Cutting of nut bolts of upper dome and removing one by one of bolts and fixed of new bolt for tighting of etc.
Removing of complete sluice valve flape and upper dome alonge with gear box with electric hoist lifting to taking out side of pump house.
Making/Fixing dead plate on sluice valve body with rubber packing and nut bolt avoide any mishappenning for flooding of pump house in raining condition.
To &fro charges for Sluice Valve of 600 mm dia including loading & unloading charges.
Repairing of C.I sluice flape by making proper sealing arrangement of spindle nut seat for lefting of flape up & down by rotation of spindle with gear box by bolting with C.I plate as per job condition on both side of seat.
Repairing of SS guide SUO by proper remetling of SS material, drilling and bolting by SS LN bolt making grinding etc as per required by job.
Repairing of Seat of flape by remetling, polishing etc. and making grinding as required by job.
Repairing of Bronze Nut by fixing of Bronze Bush in worn out damage thread and rethreading the same (As per Sample).
Assembling flape upper dome SS spindle, G.M nut, Bearings, gland housing and at workshop loading to truck and return back to plant.
Opening of dead flange from the main body by removing of nut bolt. Assembling body with packing nut bolt and operation sluice valve in body by gear box drive as required for closing and opening on load.
(B) FOR NRV OF 600 MM DIA. Closing of delivery line of sluice valve by manual labour arrangement to avoid back flow of water inside the pump house.
Making a temporary working platform around the valve to make the safer space as working to dismantling and assembling of NRV at the height of approximate 9 to 10 feet for around 10 to 15 days. This includes the cost of hiring of shuttering material at site and making an arrangement of platform and cartage of both sides from plant to shuttering material shop.
Dismantling of top plate of N.R.V from the N.R.V body by removing of nut bolts etc. and taking out NRV Plate by manual and heavy labour to outside to make free space for removing of damaged NRV flape along with S.S Shaft etc
Repairing of NRV Flap by boring of its hinged outside bore cut particle position and making bore on boring machine and providing / fixing of G.M. Bush in correct alignment with proper position of body bore where main shaft rotation and bolted the G.M. Bush for fixing at proper position as required by job.
Repairing of S.S Shaft.
Repairing of G.M Bush.
Supply of Nut Bolts off sizes.
Supply of Rubber Packing.
Assembling of NRV Flap in body by manual labour and heavy labour arrangement.
