Supply & Fixing of two (02) Nos. of outdoor type LED Sign Board (12’(L) X 3.5’(B) X fabricated from 3mm thick ACP sheet on all six sides finished with approved metallic colour & suitable size hollow MS rectangular bar as frame inside the box. All LED Module, wiring to be fixed inside the ACP box. (2 x 42 sqft=84sqft)

Silicon adhesives, SS screws to be used in such a way so that ingress of water can be restricted inside the box and maintenance / replacement of the LED modules can be done easily. All screws / nuts& bolts / clamps etc metals used inside the box should be of non-ferrous metal / Stainless steel .Appropriate size of MS Angle , nuts / bolts and clamp to be used outside for fixing the box.

Supply & Fixing of Special type of 3D Boxing type letter with top cover openable made from imported 3mmthhick Acrylic sheet (Letter Height: 6”, Depth: More than 1.5") to accommodate LED module . Only front side of the letter should emit light.

Side to be made from opaque acrylic sheet . Width of the letter will be proportionate . Suitable Ratio should be maintained between the letter size, spacing between each letters & spacing between each words as per the direction of EIC. (Calculation of area( Square inch) of a letter will be Height X Breadth of the letter inclusive all wastage.

Supply & Fixing of LED within the acrylic letter from backside [Make: SAMSUNG/ Meanwell or equivalent] having the following specifications: COLOUR: WHITE or as per the choice of EIC. LIFE: 70,000 burning hours.

INTENSITY: Uniform without any bright/dark patches. VISIBILITY: 100Mtrs at least for normal eye vision. AMBIENT AIR: 0-50⁰ C ; 100% Relative Humidity. POWER CONSUMPTION: 1.5 Watt per module. (1 module consisting of 3Nos of LED with lens)

Supply installation testing and commissioning of waterproof type Power Supply unit to be fitted inside the Signboard box.Input- 100V - 240V AC; 4A; 50Hz.Output- 12V DC; 17-20A constant power supply.[Make: Meanwell / Ven / Resang or equivalent]

Supply,Erection & Fixing the above mentioned LED Glow Sign Board structure from the base by making two nos. vertical membering arrangement ,each consist of 1nos. 60-65 mm dia medium gauge GI pipe 6 meter long,and one end having base plate arrangement by welding,molding etc. process for housing the LED glow-signed board by 2 set of 4nos,600mm dia 'J' nuts/bolts and clamps to be used outside for fixing the total sign board into the entry point/gate.including RCC muffing basement.incl filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly.scarefolding arrangement has to be required to finish this total job .overall structure must be painted by 2coat of enamel paint (asian paints) after the priming work.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-M) 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level incl. Excavation of soil ( Soft Soil) for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables.

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials.

(ii250V, 50 Hz,16 Amp One no.single dial 1x24 hrs.timer of quartz driven running reserve Day dial back up by nickle cadmium battery( Make-L & T /ABB or as to EIC.)-01 No.. (iii) 240 V, 16A, DP MCB-01 No. (iii)Toggle Switch-01 no. (IV)Doode type neon indicator lamp-01no. The complete arrangement must be wiring by suitable size of PVC insulated cu wire with suitable socket/lugs as per requirment & direction of EIC. [Make: L&T /legrand/Seimens/ Havells]

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 6A, plug socket with separate 6 A Piano key type switch (Brand approved by EIC) on sheet metal switch board embedded in wall incl. S & F 150x100x65mm MS (16SWG) switch board and bakelite/perspex top cover of 3mm thick by Brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required.
