Providing and fixing using tiles of size 600 x 600 mmGlazed VITRIFIED floor tiles of approved make in different sizes conforming to IS 15622 in all colours and shades in Glossy or Matt or satin finish laid over a bed of minimum 10 mm thick bed of polymer mortar (Adhesive)and jointing with grey cement slurry including grouting with the joints with white cement based Tile Grout of approved make and matching shade complete as per patterns, drawings and specifications complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing Marble work using marble (Polished and machine cut) of minimum thickness 18 mm for wall lining (Veneer work) in C.M 1:3 (using crushed sand) including pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (Using Marble dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the marble shade ,To be secured to the backing by means of cramps, all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Udaipur Green Marble slab using crushed sand

Providing and fixing minimum 17 mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished granite (premouldedand prepolished) machine cut ZEBRA BLACK colour granite for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, colour and texture laid over20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing the edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of rollers, handles and locking mechanism fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealent etc. (fittings glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately) and as directed by EIC Colour anodized aluminium section (minimum anodizing thickness of 15 micron)

Removing & Repair of external loose plaster: Tapping the surface with a small hammer, check if the areas of existing plaster from RCC, Chajja, and Pardi etc are not bonded firmly to the surface with a hollow sound. Mark and remove with mechanical devices or manually at any height including raking out joints of Brick work without causing nuisance and cleaning the surface and carting away from the and location. Repair the area with cement polymer modified mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (washed crush sand) by adding Styrene Butadiene co-polymer latex liquid @ 10% by weight of the cement with rough finish, curing and including scaffolding etc complete and as directed by Engineer -Incahrge.

Priming Coat: Providing, and applying single coat of exterior penetrating water-based primer composed of acrylic emulsion polymer primer for superior bonding after thorough cleaning of all laitance, loose material, oil, grease, etc. Allow the primer to cure according its technical instructions.

Surface Preparation: All loose and de-bonded concrete/ screed shall be removed and proper repairing tobe carried with polymer modified mortar. Terrace water proofing: Clean the receiving roof surface with pressure water. All looseparticles, dirt & rub down to original hard surface.

Repair to screed cracks: Inspect for cracks over roof screed, roof wall junction, water drain inlets / outlets if any, and clean and moisten them. Crack’s width more than 0.5 mm having shrinkage crack up to 5mm width should be wide up to 5-6 mm with mechanical cutting machine and should be filled with Polymer Modified Mortar admixed with (volume) Styrene Butadiene co-polymer latex liquid 10 % by weight of cement. Fill all larger cracks more than 5 mm with polyurethane flexible sealant. Through and through cracks on the slab must be identified visually or by ponding which are more than 1mm and are visible on the RCC ceiling as well on the screed top and having drip leakages should be treated with PU sealant. Cut open the crack in square or U - groove manner up to minimum 6 mm size by mechanical cutter. Clean the groove with air blower to remove dust, dirt etc. Fill the cracks with PU Sealant after necessary cleaning.

Waterproofing: Apply one coat of primer composed of acrylic emulsion polymer as per manufacturers recommendation in SSD condition. Apply 1st coat of polyurethane dispersant based waterproofing coating of approved make without dilution spreading at the rate of 0.70/litre/Sq.mt/Coat until all surface is covered. Lay a 45 GSM Fibre glass mesh as a reinforcing material which is incorporated in the coating when the first coat is still in wet condition. Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 4 - 6 hours before applying the 2nd coat at 90° to the first coat. Ensure there are no pinholes or air bubbles on the membrane surface. Apply second coat of polyurethane dispersant based waterproofing coating without dilution spreading at the rate of 0.70 litre / Sq.mt /Coat to achieve total dry film thickness of 850 to 1000 microns at forced coverage at the rate of 1.40 litre / Sq.mt in 2 coats. Air cure the coating for 7 days. System shall have 12 years waterproofing warranty. Note – Coating should be terminated below the drip mould on the vertical surface
