(a) Top of table made out of prelaminated particle board 18mm thick 1145 x 600 mm with 4 mm thick shisham wood beading all around.

(b) S & F in replacement of unserviceable PVC shoe with new PVC shoe of best quality complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

(c) Painting to steel surface of the Peg Table one coated by spray gun with synthetic enamel paint of Black shade after preparation of old painted surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

Table Peg (450 x 300 mm) FD-277 Supply and fixing the following new parts after removing broken parts of well seasoned sheesham wood including tightening other parts with screw only of the table complete all as specified in drawing directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) Table top new made of pre laminated particle board (exterior grade ) with teak face one side and other side white of size 450 x 300 x 18mm thick with 04 mm thick half raound teak wood beading shall be provided all round.

Chair Dining Steel without arms (TP) (a) Opening up and removal of seat, back and shoes of chair Dining steel and preparation of old painted steel surfaces frame with one coat of synthetic enamel paint grey colour and refixing of seat/back if in serviceable condition. (The seat and back shoes if replaced shall be paid separately under respective items of Schedule ‘A’ here in after as supply only.) The cost of steel nut and bolts, welding of frame where required etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item.

(b) Supply only seat of size 405 x 430 mm made of 19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board (Exterior grade) duly beading with 4 mm thick half round teak wood shall be provided all around all as specified and directed/provided sample by Engineer-in-charge

(c) Supply only back of size 405 x 250 mm made of 19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board(Exterior grade) duly beading with 4 mm thick half round teak wood shall be provided all around all as specified and directed/provided sample by Engineer-in-charge

(d) Supply only handle of chair writing of size 400 x60 mm made of 19 mm thick plywood with decorative laminated sheet 1.2 mm thick fixed with 4 mm dia bold and nuts with smooth finished edging as in handles all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

(e) Supply only PVC shoe black for chair writing as shown on drawing.

Chair Easy Steel (TP) (a) Opening up and removal of seat, back and shoes of chair Easy steel and preparation of old painted steel surfaces frame with one coat of synthetic enamel paint grey colour and refixing of seat/back if in serviceable condition. (The seat and back shoes if replaced shall be paid separately under respective items of Schedule ‘A’ here in after as supply only.) The cost of steel nut and bolts, welding of frame where required etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item.

(b) Supply only seat of size 575x510 mm made of 19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board (Exterior grade) duly beading with 4 mm thick half round teak wood shall be provided all around all as specified and directed/provided sample by Engineer-in-charge.

(c) Supply only back of size 480 x 300 mm made of 19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board (Exterior grade) duly beading with 4 mm thick half round teak wood shall be provided all around all as specified and directed/provided sample by Engineer-in-charge.

(d) Supply only handle of chair easy of size 610 x60 mm made of 19 mm thick plywood with decorative laminated sheet 1.2 mm thick fixed with 4 mm dia bold and nuts with smooth finished edging as in handles all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(e) Supply only PVC shoe black for chair easy as shown on drawing.

Bench Steel (TP) (a) S & F in replacement of unserviceable wooden planks with new wooden planks size of 1800 x 380 x 20 mm made of second class hard wood fixed to frame ( all-round) with nut, bolts and washer size of 4 mm x 50 mm (Eight Nos nut, bolts and washer for each bench) and All exposed surfaces of wood work shall be treated with French Polish high gloss best quality complete all as specified and as shown on drawing and directed by Engr -in -charge.

(b) S & F in replacement of unserviceable PVC shoe with new PVC shoe of best quality complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

(c) Painting to steel surface of the bench one coated by spray gun with synthetic enamel paint of Black shade after preparation of old painted surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

Rack steel 3 tier/6 tier (a) S & F in replacement of unserviceable shelves with new shelves made of mild steel sheet 1.25 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of olive green shade with nuts, bolts of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as shown on drawing and directed by Engr -in -charge. Note:-The cost of steel nut and bolts, welding of frame where required etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item.

(b) Painting to steel surface of the racks one coated by spray gun with synthetic enamel paint of olive green shade after preparation of old painted surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

Locker steelFD-1029/TP (a) S & F in replacement of unserviceable aluminium hasp & staple with new aluminium hasp & staple, 100 mm long, mild steel chromium plated (heavy duty) of locker bed side fixing with & including steel screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The cost of steel screws shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item.

(b) S & F in replacement of unserviceable leg with new leg made out of 1 mm thick PBI sheet of size & shape as per existing complete all as specified.

(c) S & F in replacement of unserviceable aluminium handle with new aluminium D type handle (chromium plated) (heavy duty) 100mm long of locker bed side fixing with & including steel screws complete all as specified as approved/directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) Painting to steel surface of the locker steel one coated by spray gun with synthetic enamel paint of Black shade after preparation of old painted surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

RECANNING OF ALL TYPE CHAIRS, FD-279, FD-229, FD-280, FD-282 (a) Removing of old unserviceable plastic cane from all sorts of chairs i.e chair dining, chair writing, chair easy , stool dressing CB etc (except chair verandah) including recaning with new cane of white colour of size 3 mm wide and 0.60 mm thick (flat) alround for border of seat and back and 2 mm wide and 0.40 mm thick half round for remaining portion, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Charpoy IP with hard top FD/MAP-II/01 Removing of unserviceable plywood from charpoy IP, tightening of loose, long rails, short rails, legs (i.e complete charpoy) and supply and fixing 12mm thick, 7 ply, commercial type, BWR, exterior grade (water proof), ISI-303 marked, of size 1980 mm x 900 mm fixed on top of charpoy IP as shown on drawing with and including mild steel galvanized iron nuts & bolts of size 70mm x 6mm with GI washer (Heavy weight) including painting to steel surface of the charpoy IP one coated by spray gun with synthitice enamel paint of black shade after preparation of old paint surface complete all as approved by GE and as directed . Note :-The cost of steel nut and bolts, welding of frame where required etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item.

Charpoy GI Pipe with Plywood top FD-220 (i) Removing of unserviceable plywood from Charpoy GI Pipe, tightening of loose check nuts, elbows, long rails. Short rails, legs (i.e., complete charpoy) and supply and fixing the 12 mm thick 7 ply, commercial type BWR, exterior grade (water proof), ISI-303 marked of size 1980 x 900 mm fixed on top of GI Charpoy as shown on drawing with mild steel galvanized iron nuts & bolts of size 70mmx6mm with GI washer (heavy weight) and three stiffner made out of MS flat iron 35 x 5 mm parallel to short rail duly painted black will be welded between the long rail (All as approved by GE and directed by Engr -in- charge.

(ii) Removing of old unserviceable 3 way elbow 32mm bore and supplied and fixed in position new elbow ISI marked all as per sample available in BSO's Yard complete all as approved by GE and as directed by Engr-in-charge

(iii) M & L for electric welding of long rails, short rails, legs of 32 mm bore GI tubing by continuous welding around the broken joints duly painted with aluminum paint of welding portion all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) Unit of measurement of this item is 'Each' which shall comprise of welding of each broken joint all as specified above/directed by Engr-in-charge. (ii) Welding rods shall be ISI marked.

Bed Ply Top FD-247, 246 Supply and fixing the following new parts after removing broken parts including tightening with screw other members of bed complete all as specified ans shwon on drg. (a) Top ply 12mm thick of size bed hard complete 1950 x 900 mm. (BWR) as per IS-303 (07 ply) of commercial general purpose

(b) Long rail of shisham wood of size 100mm x 50mm x 1980mm.

(c) Fixing only shot rail after cutting to required length from old retrieved long rail.

(d) Ply wood 3mm thick teak faced to the direct vision of head rest and ply wood commercial 3 mm thick to other side including 4mm thick shisham wood edging all around.

(e) All as per srl No 16 (d) here-in-before but to foot rest.

(f) Leg to head rest sdie of bed of required and size.

(g) Leg to foot rest side of bed.

(h) French polishing on surfaces of wood of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two coats.

Bed hard with steel frame FD/E6/MAP-08(R) (i) Removing of unserviceable ply wood from Bed hard with steel frame fixing the 12mm thick ply wood sheet on top suitable for Bed hard with steel frame as shown on drg of size 1980 x 900mm (BWR) as per IS-303 with mild steel galvanized iron nuts & bolts with GI washer (Heavy weight) and including electric welding of loose long rail short rail, legs centre stiffender, Head rest, Foot rest and cleat of MS pipe by continuous welding around the broken joints and also replacement of old unserviceable above parts with new parts where required and also including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Black) after preparation of old painted surfaces with provding 04 Nos new hard rubber shoes to each Bed hard with steel frame at the bottom of legs after removing of old shoes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Cost of minor repair like welding to frame if required etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Cost of all type nut bolts and washers, PVC shoes and painting of the Bed hard steel to be included in the quoted rate.

(ii) S & F of new head rest made of pre-laminated particle board 18mm thick both side teak face of exterior grade with 04mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided all-round including screws and welding of cleat all as specified in drawing directed by Eng-in-Charge.

(iii) S&F of new Foot rest made of pre-laminated particle board 18mm thick both side teak face of exterior grade with 04mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided all-round including screws and welding of cleat all as specified in drawing directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Almirah steel medium FD-67,1031 (a) S & F in replacement of unserviceable three way locking device with new three way locking device complete including made of standard manufactures like Godrej or its equivalent. The cost of steel screws shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item.

(b) S & F in replacement of unserviceable lock with new lock of 3 levers and ISI mark lock with double keys made of standard manufactures like Godrej or its equivalent. The cost of steel screws shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item.

(c) S & F in replacement of unserviceable leg with new leg made out of 1 mm thick PBI sheet of size & shape as per existing complete all as specified.

(d) S & F in replacement of unserviceable MS cleat with new MS cleat to support shelf duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of olive green shade with nuts, bolts of suitable size including welding of broken shutter of almirah complete all as specified.

(e) S & F in replacement of unserviceable CP handle with new CP handle including nut, bolt & washer made of standard manufactures like Godrej or its equivalent. The cost of nut bolts and washers shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item.

(f) S & F in replacement of unserviceable shelves with new shelves made of mild steel sheet 1 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of olive green shade with nuts, bolts of suitable size complete all as specified as approved/directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Almirah steel Large (TP) (a) S & F in replacement of unserviceable three way locking device with new three way locking device complete including made of standard manufactures like Godrej or its equivalent. The cost of steel screws shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item.

Double Bed bunk of size 1980 x 900 x 1750 mm.(TP) Removing of unserviceable plywood from double bed bunk on both upper and lower top, Supply and fixing the 12 mm thick plywood sheet on upper and lower top suitable for double bed bunk as shown on drg. of size 1980 x 900 mm (BWR) as per IS-303 with mild steel galvanized iron nuts & bolts of size 70mm x 6mm with GI washer (heavy weight) and including electric welding of loose upper and lower frame, centre stiffener and cleat tube size of 50 x 100 mm x 6 mm of MS pipe by continuous welding around the broken joints and also replacement of old unserviceable above parts with new parts where required and also including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Black) after preparation of old painted surface complete all as specified and directed by GE/Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Cost of minor repair like welding to frame if required etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Cost of all type nut bolts and washers and painting of the double bed bunk to be included in the quoted rate.

Foam without back size of 1525/1900 mm FD-77 M (a) S & F in replacement of unserviceable seat with fixing new seat of size 1525/1900 mm x 225 mm made out of 25 mm thick wooden planks IInd class hard wood with nut, bolt and washer and including polishing to wooden surface seat and sides with french polish high gloss best quality complete all as shown on drawing and as specified.

(b) S & F in replacement of unserviceable PVC shoe with new PVC shoe of best quality.

(c) Cutting and removing old unserviceable legs and frame parts of form without back and supply and fixing the new legs and form parts made of MS 25 mm square pipe having 1.6 mm wall thickness by welding and including minor repair as per existing complete and items srl No 13 (a) to (c) all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. . Note:- (i) Cost of minor repair like welding to frame if required etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Cost of nuts, bolts and washers if required for fixing shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) All work carriedout as specified and as shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sofa Set 4/5 Seats FD-373 Replacement of seat and back cushion 100 mm thick made of cool foam (Make : Sleepwell/ kurlon ) of 32 density duly covered with well finished best quality tapestry cloth not less than Rs 250/- meter shade and quality shall be approved by Engr-in- charge/GE.
