Taking down of chowkat with shutter without taking off shutters from the frame exceeding 1.5 sqm each but not exceeding 4 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of chowkat with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame), not exceeding 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of shutters of any description exceeding 1 sqm each and not exceeding 2 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismatling of cupboard partition of any description fixed in any position with nail complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing ply wood BWR type BB 18/19mm thick (PLY) ISI marked fixed with screw to timber frame work fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing ply wood BWR type BB 12mm thick (PLY) ISI marked fixed with screw to timber frame work fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing 2nd class HW plain solid straight chowkhat and frame framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing 30mm thick flush door shutter solid core construction with block board case and plywood face panels commercial type on both sides all as approved by GE complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing Factory made solid panel PVC door wired gauzed shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail panneling of stainless steel wire cloth i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of PVC sheet panel . The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8 mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to MS tubes The wire gauze shall be stretched to tighten firmly complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel squartube with single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet and edge will be painted to match with prelam sheet and fixed in position as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.
