Earthwork excavation in all classes of Soils and Sub soils except hard rock requiring blasting including initial lead and lift, dressing the excavation upto bed level for Foundation as SS 20 B specification etc., complete - Foundation..

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing concrete etc., complete - Foundation/Base Concrete.

Refilling with excavated soil (other than sand) complying with standard specification for filling in foundation and basement - Basement Inner Filling.

Supply and filling Gravel from approved quarry for Base layer in layers not more than 15mm thick, including cost of material, labour charges for filling, levelling, sectioning and compacting etc., complete as directed by officers.

Brick work with cement mortar 1:5 mix using Country bricks for Foundation, Basement and Superstructure inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for curing and other incidental charges etc ,complete - Above Basement/Superstructure Masonry works.

Supplying and erection Centering for sides and soffits inculding necessary supports and structing for plain surfaces such as RCC Slab, Lintel, Beam, Column, Sunshade including cost and coveyance of all materials to site and all other incidental charges etc complete - Concrete surfaces.

Super Structure

Supplying and fabrication of Steel Fe 415/500 grade required for all RCC item of works involved including fabrication and labour charges for Cutting, bending, tying, placing in position, includes overlaping length wherever required etc., complete.

Weathering course with brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm size Brick Jelly with pure Slacked Lime over R.C.C. roof slab in the proportion of 32:12.5 and finshed with Cement mortor 1:4 mix -20mm thick plastering including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying to proper gradient/ slope for water drain and curing etc complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 20 cm X 20 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with same mortar mixed with water proofing compoud etc., complete.

Paving the floor with best quality Vetrified ( Such as Morbonite) Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Paving the floor with Scratch proof First quality Ceramic Flooring Tiles laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 mix, 20mm thick and pointing the joints with colouring pigments including all labour and other incidental charges etc., complete - Plain Ceramic Tiles - 305mm x 305mm x 6mm.

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete Anti-skid tiles (Required shape and Pattern design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing walls with White/Plain Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The Glazed tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution. (Tiles size - 150mm x150mm x6mm)

Plastering with Cement Morter 1:5 mix, 12mm thick Smooth finish for Brick, RR masonry surface and other Concrete surfaces inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all other labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete - Walls Exterior & Interior sides.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete.

Distembering two coats Oil Bound Distember over priming coat inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for preparing the surface, scrapping, attaining smooth finish etc., complete (Inner Ceiling/wall sides)

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete - Interior & Exterior wall faces.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of steel door with the following specification MS angels of size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32 x 6mm M.S flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18-gauge C.R. sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. M.S. flat 18x5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm M.S. flat M.Sandwitching the C.R. sheet in between additional stiffeners with 18x5mm M.S. flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter, 3nos. of hinges in case of single leaf and 6nos. of hinges in double leaves shutter to be provided 6nos. of holdfasts 120 mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Tower bolts 2nos. one at the top and the other at the bottom are provided 1no. Aldrop is provided incase of double leaf door at lock rail section in the door in single leaf door, one more aldrop is provided in the inner lock rail section of the door One rotaing locking arrangements for the inner side of the door and additional provision for locking arrangements for lock is provided on the rear side of the door at an appropriate place. Incase of double leaf door M.S.Flat 32 x 3mm at 1.1Kg/m is provided on the one shutter t conceal the gap between the two shutters.at an appropriate place in the door. A tie bar is provided at the bottom of the frame to prevent twisting of frame during transportation and fixing. All members are given a coat of red oxide primer as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation to site of work, loading, un loading and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in position of steel windows with the following specifications. Outer frames of windows made of "Z" section F7D of size 33 x 25 x 3mm at 1.419kg/m and mullion "J" section (F4B) of size 46 x 25 x 3mm at 2.28kg/m and shutter section of made of F7D of 33 x 25 x 3mm at 1.419kg/m as specified in IS 7452/1990. ach openable shutter should not exceed a width of 600mm to enable separate operations and easy maintanenance. The panel of the shutters to be covered with 18 gauge cold rolled sheet of superior quality and welded intact with shutter frames. Horizontal stiffeners using 18 x 5mm MS flat at 0,70kg/m at 3Nos. for each shutter and additional diagonal stiffeners of the same MS flats at all the four corners of each shutters to the suitable length welded to the shutters, for holding the CR sheets in position firmly.

Fabrication and supply of Mild Steel Ventilator of any size with single leaf outer frame,mullion section made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S angle and shutter frame made of 25x25x5 mm M.S angle for horizontal and vertical member with stiffener and fully covered with 18 G plate etc complete.

Painting two coats over New Iron work such as doors, windows, ventilators, windows bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamal paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of Rain water PVC pipe of 110mm dia with necessary Shoes, Bends, Tee, Clamps including glues and thread for joining the pipes and fixtures, labour charges etc., complete

Solid PVC Door shutter using 19 gauge 19mm MS sq. tubes for styles and outer frames, 15mm MS sq. tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with Smm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using Smm thick solid PVC sheets for paneling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable suitable rebate for housing the shutter etc., complete.

B.ELECTRICAL WORKS - ANGANWADI BUILDING

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5AFT switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light/fan Point (for electronic regulator) (5 points per coil) SD 25.

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter lockingWall socket with 5A Flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point SD 38.

Wiring with 2x4 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150mmx100mmx113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylem sheet for 15A 3pin non interlocking wall socket with 15A flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 4sq.mm copper wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed power plug point SD 40.

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40W fluorescent fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed FRLS copper leads from terminals to the fitting - SD88.

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator, with 1 metre down rod with fan clamp with side plates and cross arm of size 450 mm (18") SD

Supply and fixing of fancy glass shade and 7W / 9W LED bulb SD 79.

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32A single phase service connection with 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1"x1/8"copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and interconnection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit with 1No 40Amp 30MA Double Pole RCD / RCCB (Higher End) with suitable necessary connection - SD 125.

Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains -SD 65.

Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class 'B') suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains SD 70.

Supply and Delivery of GI/PVC Pipes and specials (as per BIS standards) for Water supply conveying from Source to Storage tank including material, labour and all other incidental charges etc., complete.
