Satisfactorily completed not less than 50% of the estimated value of contract vide G.O.No FD 480 Exp-12/2014 dated 19.07.2014 as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Construction of Multi Storey Residential buildings or buildings (other than industrial buildings) with necessary infrastructures like External Electrification, Water Supply, UGD, Drains, Roads, Culverts executed by the tenderer earlier (in any of the last five years in India) of value not less than value of work put to tender of respective work i.e Rs. 236.05 Lakhs.

Executed in any one of the last five years, the following minimum quantities of work (usually 80 percentage of the peak annual rate of construction) Executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work 1) Earth work Excavation - 453 Cum 2) Providing & laying Cement concrete (PCC & RCC) work - 723 Cum 3) Providing & Fabricating Reinforcement Steel work - 65 MT 4) Solid Block Masonry - 2025 Sqm 5) Providing Plastering to walls -4513 Smt 6) Providing and laying, Flooring & dadoing Tiles - 1365 Smt 7) Shuttering work - 3120 Sqm

The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid electrical license for executing building electrification works and should have executed similar electrical works totaling Rs. 16.00 Lakhs in any one year

The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply/sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar water supply/sanitary engineering works totaling Rs. 9.00 Lakhs in any one year.

The tenderer should be Class I Contractors (registered with PWD, CPWD, NHAI, Railways and National Highways), Individual Firms, Partnership Firms, Companies, Public Sector Undertakings having suitable Technical, Financial and Managerial Capabilities satisfying the Minimum Eligibility Criteria may participate in the tenders.

Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover ( in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 944.19 Lakhs (including GST) (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) (The Tenderer shall have to submit the Audited Balance sheet for the following Financial Years 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25)

Liquid assets and/ or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 120.02 Lakhs as mentioned below against this work (Credit lines/ letter of credit certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc., The Liquid Assets should not be less than 30 percent of value of Tender. For: Rs. 120.02 Lakhs - to be submitted in prescribed format

For this tender a non - refundable Transaction fee of Rs. 1.00 Lakh Rupees one Lakh only in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Managing Director, RGHCL, Bengaluru is to be handed over to RGHCL office. A copy of this Demand Draft is to be up loaded while submitting the tender in the e-procurement portal.
