Design, drawing, fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of structural steel hoist bridge, Rail support Girder(for Gantry crane) & cat walk/walkway bridge on dam/barrages and canal/rivers consisting of foundation bolt assembly, base plate, columns, beams, bracings, stiffeners, ties, chequered plate covering, hand railing, staircase etc., with all accessories including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, welding, finishing, etc., complete as per specifications and drawings with all leads and lifts (without painting ).

Suppling, fitting and fixing single skin color coated trapezoidal profile for wall cladding, Roof shall be made of 0.45mm BMT ( Base Metal Thickness ) (0.50mm TCT ( Total coated thickness excluding paint), G550 (min 550 yield strength), of Zincalume metallic coating (IS15965) with high Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) value for better colling as per thermatech technology ,1000-1015mm effective cover width with five major corrugation, 28mm high rib spaced at 203mm c/c with subtle square fluting in the pan and the end rib shall have anti-capillary groove and return leg .The steel sheet shall be fastened with 40 micron zinc coated or 25 micron zinc-tin alloy coated , hex head, self -drilling screw as per IS 3566-2002 Class 3 fastener.The base steel shall be coated with zinc aluminium alloy Zincalume ( AZ150 )(i.e. 55% Al, 43.4% Zinc, 1.6% Si) minimum of 150 g/m2 coating total on both sides, pre-painted with colorbond XRW ( xterior roofing, walling ) paint system of 35 micron Super Durable Polyester paint ( SDP ) with stable inorganic pigment with no lead contents confirming IS15965. The sheet shall be free from defects and have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at regular interval confirming genuinity of the material. Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Painting hoist structural components, tressle bridge ,crane, lifting beam, cat work bridge and other similar structure on prepared surfaces with two coats of zinc phosphate primer (airless spray preferred) 40 microns/coat and followed by two coats of synthetic enamel paint 25 microns/coat including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc., complete with all leads and all lifts.

Lifting/lowering the displaced/damaged/normal inlet trashrack/bar screen/gratings (up to 3 nos./pump bay ) from intake channel pier grooves by Tripod, Chain pulley Block, rope etc. and stacking the same in suitable place at site as per direction.

Fabrication, supply, storing at site, installation & commissioning of trashrack/ bar screen/ grating conformong to relevent IS codes (IS:11388, IS:800, IS:2062) fabricated with structural steel sections such as ms flat, channels, angles etc. including cost of materials, machinary, labour, cutting, aliging, welding as per approved drawing including transportation charges as per direction.

Painting of embedded parts, all types of gates, stoplogs and barscreen/gratings etc on prepared surfaces with one coat of inorganic zinc silicate primer (airless spray preferred)70+/ - 5 micron and two super coats with a total thickness of 300 microns (each 150+/- 5) of solventless coaltar epoxy paint each coat 150 microns ( total 300 microns) including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc., complete with all leads and all lifts.

Drilling of bore hole 45.72 cm dia through any kind of soil by adopting any method of drilling (direct or reverse circulation rotary) upto required depth including digging trenches and pits etc. all complete. Upto 30 metres below G.L.
