Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete in all heights, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, (One milimeter) of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete in all heights, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour,One coat in all heights, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :- Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm (Ten Square meter) complete including cost of Priming coat in all heights, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) to 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge With cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto four fine sand) in all heights, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :-One or more coats on old work, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within all lead :- Of area 3 sq. (Three Square metre) and below, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. (Servicable material to be handed over to the Deptt.)

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm, (Thirty five into thirty five into five) joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm (Thirty five into thirty five into five) or 35x 5 mm (Thirty five into five milimeter) flat pieces to the existing Tiron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :- Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with :- 4.0 mm (Four point zero milimeter) thick glass panes, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within all lead, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. (Servicable material to be handed over to the Deptt.)

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (One cement isto four coarse sand) :-25 mm (Twenty five milimeter) thick, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board(Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid seperatately):- 6 mm (Six milimeter) thick Cement fiber board as per IS:- 14862, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete, Flexible pipe 32 mm (Thirty two milimeter) dia, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing 100 mm (Hundred milimeter) sand cast Iron grating for gully trap, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge:- 35 mm (Thirty five milimeter) thick shutters, second class teak wood i/c cost of butt hinges and neceassary screws )including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :- Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS :- 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS :- 5382, leaving 10 mm (Ten milimeter) gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes:- 110 mm (One hundred milimeter) diameter, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS :- 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS :- 5382, leaving 10 mm (Ten milimeter) gap for thermal expansion, Bend 87.5° 110 mm (One hundred ten milimeter) Bend, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back half stall urinal of size 580x380x350 mm (Five hundred eighty into three hundred eighty into three hundred fifty milimeter) with white PVC automatic flushing cistern, with fittings, standard size C.P. brass flush pipe, spreaders with unions and clamps (all in C.P. brass) with waste fitting as per IS :- 2556, C.I. trap with outlet grating and other couplings in C.P. brass, including painting of fittings and cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required :- Single half stall urinal with 5 litre P.V.C. automatic flushing cistern, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china squatting plate urinal with integral rim longitudinal flush pipe, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm (Six milimeter) thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete :-250x10 mm (Two hundred fifty into ten milimeter) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete :- 300x16 mm, (Three hundred into sixteen milimeter) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
