WATER COOLERS M&L for taking down defective sealed compressor from the unit and supply and fix factory reconditioned compressor obtained for the exchange of old compressor including cleaning the refrigeration circuit with appropriate cleaning agent flushing through with CO2/N2, brazing the line, pressure testing rectification of leakages, dehydrating, vacumising, charging of R 134A gas, replacement of copper pipe, copper strainer, topping up compressor oil including to and fro transportation of the unit to the workshop testing & commissioning of 40/80 Ltrs capacity water coolers.

M&L for cleaning including cleaning the system, flushing through with CO2/N2 removal of complete dirt, oil brazing the line, pressure testing, rectification of leakages, dehydrating, vacumising, charging of R-12/R-22 gas, replacement of copper pipe, copper strainer, topping up compressor oil, testing & commissioning the water coolers of capacity 40/80 Ltrs. Note: New spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for gas charging including cleaning the refrigeration system, flushing through with CO2/N2 removal of complete dirt, oil brazing the line, pressure testing, rectification of leakages, dehydrating, vacumising, charging of R134A gas, replacement of copper pipe, copper strainer, topping up compressor oil, including to and fro transportation of the unit to the work shop testing & commissioning the refrigerators of capacity 165 to 210 Ltrs.

SPLIT TYPE ACs M&L for taking down the AC unit of any capacity by disconnecting all electrical and piping connections and performing following maintenance tasks:- (a) Removal of dust from the outer body with the help of a blower. (b) Cleaning the condenser coils with water and cleaning agent/soap solution and decaling it. (c) Painting the base tray with one coat of black enameled paint. (d) Cleaning of air filter of with vacuum cleaner or washing the filter in lukewarm water with detergent. (e) Cleaning of anti allergy and triple filter and drying the filter in direct sunlight for 2 hrs. (f) Cleaning of plasma filterwith vacuum cleaner or washing the filter in lukewarm water with detergent and drying the filter in shade. (g) Cleaning of micro protection filter with vacuum cleaner only. (h) Cleaning of indoor unit with a soft, dry cotton cloth. (j) Checking all connections including functioning of relays, capacitors, overload protectors, thermostats, industrial socket (Metal clad) and circuit breaker. (k) Refixing all items and making it serviceable. Note: All new parts shall be measured and paid separately.
