Sand Stone Cladding Design,Providing and fixing Dry stone cladding upto 20 metre height with 40mm thick gang saw cut to the required size and shape as per approved drawing fixed to cement based fly ash brick/ RCC/ CC Block/ ACC block /chimney bricks walls as the case be with approved SS 304 grade steel under cut anchors and specified metal frame system. Offset shall be provided in stone thickness to create groove of approximate size 10 mm, Steel frame ( SS 304 grade steel ) member shall be fixed with adjustable steel bracket ( SS 304 grade steel ) etc complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge. STATUE( MURTI) with design,supply,Transporting, hoisting and fixing in a position with good quality durable Banshi Phadhpur pink sandstone of approved shade of specified size and thickness for all the heights. Statue shall be meticulously hand and machine both carved with intricate details, featuring the deity’s traditional attributes like his HastAstras and royal posture. The statue shall capture a sense of majesty and divine authority with lifelike proportions and expressive featuresStone shall be hard, sound durable and tough, free from cracks, decay and weathering effect and defects like cavities, flaws, holes, veins, patches of soft or loose materials etc. The work shall be carried out as per design based on concept image with different process of carving (manual/ CNC machine/water jet machine). The STATUE to be fixed in line, Level and plumb including in all respect with the use of copper pins, dowels, epoxy or stone fixing adhesive of approved make and cement mortar with matching pigment as required and as approved by the architect's and Employer's representative. The stone surface of Statue shall be finely polished or left with a natural, textured finish, depending on the desired look as per directed by Engineer's representative.All the work shall be executed as per sample approved by Employer's / Engineer's representative. including all the material,mock-up, labour, including all applicable taxes (excluding GST), transportation,fixing in position, cranes, machines, tools, tackles, equipment’s, Wastage, Water Repellent coating, buffing, finishing, cleaning etc, maintaining up till handling over the project etc complete. The rate shall also include the cutting, bending and installation of copper strips and pins as required for the connection , water and power with necessary cable & accessories required for cutting, Mock-up / samples , Carving, installation and finishing work, repairing of stone (if any), the safety appliance, supply of scaffolding material & installation as well as dismantling of scaffolding material in safe manner as per the requirements of statue installation etc. complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge.
