Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen ofgrade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumenwith mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler,cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as perspecifications :

On bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg / sqm

Providing and laying Bitumen Penetration Macadam with hard stoneaggregate of quality, size and grading as specified, with bitumen ofsuitable penetration grade, including required key aggregate asspecified, spreading coarse aggregate with the help of self propelled/tipper tail mounted aggregate spreader and applying bitumen by apressure distributor and then spreading key aggregate with the helpof aggregate spreader complete, including consolidation with roadroller of minimum 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve specified valuesof compaction and surface accuracy :

For 50mm compacted thickness using coarse aggregateof size 50-20 mm graded @ 0.60 cum per 10 sqm keyaggregate of size 12.5 mm graded @ 0.15 cum per 10sqm. With paving asphalt grade VG - 10 @ 50 kg/ 10sqm.

2.5 cm premix carpet surfacing with 2.25 cum and 1.12 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52 kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately)

With paving Asphalt grade VG - 30 with no solvent

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate ( passing2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128kg of bitumen of grade VG - 10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregateand 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface, includingrolling and finishing with road roller all complete.
