The Bidder should furnish attested copy of the valid product permission/BIS certificate as applicable duly issued by the Licensing authority for each and every product quoted as per composition/specifications in the Bid. The product permission/BIS certificate must have been duly renewed/ valid up to date and the product quoted shall be clearly highlighted (item codes as per bid document, marked against each item) in the license. Product permission of brands shall be accepted in the Bid submitted, but the Bidder has to submit the product permission in generic names at the time of signing of the agreement/ before supply.

In the event of drug becoming official in IP/BP /USP recently, the bidder should upload the recent Product Permission for the drug in IP/BP /USP in addition to previous Product Permission for that drug official in IP/BP /USP

Copy of the valid GMP Certificate/Certificate of pharmaceutical product (COPP) /WHO GMP (mandatory for drugs) as applicable issued by the competent authority in the name of Manufacturer for each of the product offered.
