M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrow etc and the like n exc 10 CM wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instrutions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs road safety convex mirror of dia 600 to 800 mm made of ABS plastic equipped with adjusting swivel and mounting bracket for infinite adjustment with MS pipe etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Frame work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of this schedule.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in repairs retro reflective informatory road signage board, builidng number etc. made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTMD-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, any number of letters/number , dashes , arrows and borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- 1. The dismentling of existing signboard including frame work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of this schedule. 2. The frame work around the aluminium sheet including supporting shall also be measure and paid seperately.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in repairs retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retroreflective Cautionary /warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900 mm with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S.angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. M&L for Stainless steel (SS) 316 grade any section like tee, angle hollow pipe and square/rectangular tube, flat plates etc as fixed with necessary fittings SS screws, nut, bolts, fastners, washers etc (as approved by Engr-in-charge) including necessary cutting drilling profile, cutting of components to required length/width and shapes/profile and smooth grinding/maching of edges/ faces/all welding joints including buffing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel/cast iron work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, angle, square hollow pipe etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, tracking for steel gates, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel sheet, channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chome primer with preparation of new surface of steel and iron work complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes in hard/dense soils, each not exc. 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth in layers not exc. 25cm including watering & removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m & making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (above or below ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for continous road edging with factory made pre cast cement concrete blocks (1:3:6 ) using 20 mm grade stone aggregate of any shape and size jointing in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, tamping ground around blocks and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 metre complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new concrete or plastered surfaces (as in kerb stones etc) over a coat of primer including preparation of new surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old concrete or plastered surfaces (as in kerb stones etc) including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for re-writing Index hands (natural size) or arrows (upto 40cm long) with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Re-writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc. 30 cm high by using fluorecent paints as approved by GE and complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of credit shown in Sch of Credit of this tender
