M&L for 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars,window-cills, cooking platform and like in cement morter (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 as in cooking platform complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling with cement mortar bedding, backing and dispose rubbish out off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450mm x 350 mm x 7mm thick in dado/skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11Sqm and not exc 0.18Sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment to match, over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated previously treated surfaces of ceiling by brooming down scrapping down smoke and efflorescent etc.complete and applying one coats of oil bound distemper on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Sch of Credit- Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of Sch of Credit amount Credit amount - 64,960.00
