Miscellaneous work for 2 numbers 800KVA and 1 number 750KVA , 11/.433KV Transformer of kirloskar make oil type transformers.

Repairing Charges for Removing oil leakage in oil type Transformer i.e. draining out of completes oil up to the outlet valve into drums, Disconnecting of H.T & L.T Connections, Conservator Glass of the transformer. Replacing of gaskets (using of best quality cork gasket as per IS2712-1998 W/2), oil seals of H.T Bushing. Refilling Oil of the Transformers as per directions of Engineer/In charge.

Dehydration of Transformer’s Oil through filter machine including the cost of transportation of machine & oil checking at site.(Die-electric Strength up to 33 KV)

Charges for Spray Painting of Transformer’s after its necessary external cleaning including the cost of Primer, Synthetic Enamel Paint, thinner & packing materials &labour charges at site.

Supply and Top up of Transformer Oil as per IS 335 with dielectric strength of more than 150KV/CM and after inspection in presence of Engineer/In charge

Checking & Calibration of Transformers protection relays with proper equipments and authorized person as per instructions of Engineer/In charge and providing remedial solution of any fault

Miscellaneous work for 1 number 3 way H.T. V.C.B. panel 11KV make alstom, 1 number 1 way H.T. V.C.B. panel 11KV make alstom and 1 number 1 way H.T. V.C.B. panel 11KV make Crompton.

Servicing of H.T. V.C.B. including Checking, Oiling, greasing of the mechanical system including testing of Insulation Resistance Value of Breaker with HT Megger.

Checking & Calibration of IDMT Relay, installed in H. T. Panel with Secondary injection test set including checking and co-ordination of relay settings.

Charges of Engineer for Testing and Calibration of 11 KV C.T.’s for Protection and metering 11 KV H.T. Panel and also checking of tripping system with Primary Injection Test method.

Charges for Healthiness Testing of Dry Type/Oil type, H.T. P.T., including Checking of Insulation Resistance Value of P.T including repairing of H.T.P.T. if required at site.

Supply and fixing of Digital ampere Meter of rating 100/5A including CT’S of proper rating as required with connection etc.

Supply and fixing of Digital Voltmeter of rating 11kv/110v including connection etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of LED indicator R,Y,B including connection etc. as required.

Charges for Spray Painting of H.T. Breaker after its necessary external cleaning including the cost of Primer, Synthetic Enamel Paint, thinner & packing materials & labour charges at site. Including marking as per IER 1965.

Providing and fixing of insulating mats around the HT panels as per IS 5424 if size 1x2 mtr.
