Grinding and polishing of old marble chips flooring/Kota Flooring including filling the gaps, mansion polish etc. complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(including removing of rubbish up to 1km, and repair of damaged painting of wall)

Labour rate for repairing of old glazed or paneled shutters for doors, windows and clearestary window including removing and refixing the same complete with necessary screws, butt hinges etc. if required only wood will be supplied free of cost by NTPC . (Full area of the shutters will be measured):

Labour rate for making of new glazed or pannelled shutters for door, windows and ventilators including all rabour nails screws etc. complete (only wood will be supplied free of cost by NTPC)

Labour rate making of wooden frames for doors, windows, ventilators, clerestory windows and other frames including removing the old windows frames with shutters and refixing the new windows frames, with shutters with screws, hinges if required complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (wood will be supplied free of cost by NTPC)

(Cleaning of under ground RCC pipes drains and manhole) a) Ranging from dia 600 to 900 mm.

Cleaning of syphon with 5-9 HP Diesel pump including operator, diesel, delivery and suction pipe, shifting of pump and making bunds both side, after completion of work removal of all earth including bunds etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (pump will be arranged by contractor at his own cost):

Cleaning of drain from storm water pump house to Hasanpur syphon including all labour, equipment for excavation lifting,loading and dressing of soil, silt/slushand lead upto 2.00 Km, uprooting of grass and vegetation etc. from running drains including all operation required for satisfactory completion of job and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge:

Transportation and laying of ash lime mortor at site including all operation and T& P complete (Ash lime mortor will be issued free of cost by NTPC from ash utillsation cell. The agency has to transport the same from ash utilisation cell to work site at his own cost)

Laying Interlocking block / precast slab of size 500x300x50 mm /450x450x50 mm/ red sand stone over 20 mm average thick base of cement mortor 1:5 (1cement :5 coarse sand) including pointing with cement mortor 1:2 (1 cement :2 coarese sand) complete as per drwaing and direction of Enginer-in-Charge. (precast slab/red sand stone shall be issued free of cost by NTPC from ash utillsation cell/central store. The agency has to tranport the same from the ash utillsation cell/Store to work site at his own cost)

Laying precast concrete/fly ash blocks in footpath including fixing cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand ) and pointing with cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement :4 fine sand) including making draining opening where required (precast concrete / fly ash blocks shall be issued free of cost by NTPC):

Providing & fixing good quality pre-formed Rubber beading of required size (U rubber/ felt) in Aluminium glazed doors, windows, ventilators, partition etc.as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair & maintenance of Aluminium doors, floor springs and other Aluminium sections including overhauling of floor springs, replacement of hydraulc oil, felt, rubber washers, screws etc. complete with all materials, T&P, labours etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Replacement of floor spring only will be paid separately).

Removel of existing tar-felt from the roofs of residential/public buildings and disposing by hand load upto a lead of 50 meters.

Providing & fixing 2mm thick M.S.sheet board with frame and diagonal braces of 40x40x6 mm angle iron in every meter 3mm M.S. sheet gusset plates at the junction & corners an removing of old board & return is civil maintenance stores including applying a providing coat of approved steel primer.

Making AC opening including making opening in the wall, fixing the wooden frame in posiion and making good the same, finishing with paint to walls and frame etc complete (woodden frame will be supplied by NTPC.

Maintaining the records by receiving the complaints directly, by phone or by online system at the specified location enter the same in the registers, making job cards in 2 copies, submitting the job cards after completion of work on daily basis, including arranging for proper accounting of materials return/the scrap from and to the NTPC maintenance store.

Supply JCB alongwith driver with all tools and tackles complete. (No material shall be issued by NTPC against this item such as diesel, mobile oil etc. free of cost).

Fixing of geysers of any capacity with all connections complete excluding cost of geysers, fittings etc.

Dismantling and removing of existing / old WC pan & fixing of NTPC Supply EWC Pan including all plumbing/mason work complete and disposal of dismantled materials.

Fixing of glass pieces on top of boundry wall in Zig Zag manner over 25 mm thick 1:6 cement mortar, including chipping of old mortar, including chipping of old mortar, fixing, finishing etc. as per direction of EIC.

Brick work with fly ash bricks in foundation & plinth in cement mortar 1:6(1 cement : 6 coarse sand). Fly ash bricks shall be issued free of cost by NTPC. The agency has to transport the bricks from ash utilization cell to site at his own cost):

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying and a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (Steel will be issued free of cost by NTPC at Plant Store. The Agency has to transport the same at site at is own cost.) In stringers, treads. Landings etc. of stair cases including use of chequered plate wherever required : all complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying and a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (Steel will be issued free of cost by NTPC at Plant Store. The Agency has to transport the same at site at is own cost.) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railing, brackets, gates & similar works.

Providing and fixing of multicell polycarbonate sheet of approved colour, 10mm thick ( Minimum) having uniform in clour with tite cell core constructed 4 layer multi UV 4/10-6 Box section size 6x3 +/- 0.5 mm having heat transfer cofficient ( ASTM C 976/ 90) ug 2.5w/m2k and maximum service temperature without load 120 degree weighted sound reduction index 17 db. The weight of multicell poly carbonate sheet should be not less than 1.75 kg per sqm, sheet shoul be co-extruded with special UV coating to make it UV protected ( Minimum UV coated 48-50 Microns) Fixed on mild steel frame with 60 mm aluminium top and bottom aluminium alcox section having weight 1.1 kg per running meter as per drawing with EPDM rubber gasket to ensure maximum uplift capability with additional End cap/ Aluminium U profile ( Finish for ends) and as per direction of EIC

Providing and fixing 25 mm dia Aluminium drapre pelmet rod 1.52 mm thick powder coated (vista make) in window, door, opening including all fittings and direction of engineer in charge including removal old exsiting pelmet and submitting to TA office.
