Providing and placing side rack/Back Unit of size 1200 (L) x 450 (D) x750 (H) mm with intermeidate vertical and horizontal partitions. Top, bottom, sides, front (doors) and shelves are made of 19 mm thick commercial block board. The back shall be of 6 mm thick ply. The exposed edges of commercial board shall be covered with laminate/pvc edge bending tape. The outer and inner surface of all members shall be skinned with 0.8mm thick laminates except back side of 6 mm ply.Item includes the cost of laminate/pvc edge bending tape , lock, handle,towerbolt,magnetic catcher, ss hinges, nails, fevicols and shelve etc all complete as per direction and satisfaction of E-I-C. The agency has to submit the design and drawing of the unit & sample of the hardwares used, ply, mica and block board for approval by the EIC

Providing and placing wooden drawer unit of size 400mmx500mmx650mm(ht) made out of 19mm commercial block board with three drawer arrangements. The drawers all sides, front shall be made of 16 mm thick commercial block and backs shall be made with 6 mm thick ply complete. Outside, inside all faces of the unit and all sides of the drawer arrangement except bottom part of base of drawer shall be skinned with 0.8 mm thick laminates. The drawer unit shall run over telescopic drawer channel of minimum 300 mm length and have three way locking system, SS handles & other necessary hardwares etc complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engg-Incharge. Providing and placing Conference table wire manager of Godrej/Steller or aproved make of size 2400 Width mm x 1200 Depth mm x 750 Height mm . The top shall be made from 25 mm thick pre- laminated board with 2 mm PVC edge beading. The understructure shall have side panels of 25 mm thick pre-laminated twin with 2 mm thick PVC lipping of same color on sides and 0.8 mm PVC lipping of matching coloron the bottom curve. The Modesty shall be made from 19 mm thick pre-laminated board with 0.8 mm PVC lipping of matching color. Centre Support Panel For 10 - Seater shall have panels made from 25 mm thick pre- laminated twin with 2 mm PVC lipping of matching color on sides and 0.8 mm PVC lipping of matching color on the bottom curve. The w/o wire management access flap and switch mounting tray made from matt silver anodized aluminium extrusion and plastic moulded components to facilitate access of electrical / data voice sockets from top Powder coated switch mounting tray made made from 0.8 mm and 1.2 mm MS sheet . Switches to be mounted on tray as per requirement . Wire manager REHAU made from RAU - PVC 1309/7558 complete as per direction and satisfaction of E-I-C. The chair seat and back shall be made up of 1.2 ±0.1cm. thick hot-pressed plywood measured as per QA method described in OCP-QLTA-P14-19 and upholstered with fabric upholstery covers and moulded Polyurethane foam. The back foam shall be designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort. The seat shall be extra thick foam on front edge to give comfort to popliteal area. The dimensions of back shall be 47.5 cm(W) x 69.5 cm(H) and of seat shall be 47.0 cm (W) x 48.0 cm (D). The HR polyurethane foam shall be moulded with density= 45±2 kg/m3 and hardness load 16 ± 2 kgf as. per IS:7888 for 25% compression. The one-piece armrests shall be injection moulded from black Co.polymer Polypropylene. The mechanism shall be designed with 360° revolving type, Upright-position locking, Tilt tension adjustment, Seat/back tilting ratio of 1:3. The pneumatic height adjustment shall has an adjustment stroke of 12.0 ±0.3cm. The bellow shall be 3 piece telescopic type and injection moulded in black Polypropylene. The pedestal shall be injection moulded in black 33% glass-filled Nylon-66 and fitted with 5 nos. twin wheel castors. The pedestal shall be 66.3 ±0.5cm. pitch-center dia. (76.3 ±1.0cm with castors).
