Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift upto1.5 m.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

(Note This item includes excavating SW drain line/PCC etc. from the trench)

Dewatering sewage water entering in excavated trenches of manholes/pipe lines with 1HP submersible sewage pump and HDPE/PVC hose pipe up to 50m for discharge of sewage water to nearby municipal drain ( rate shall be quoted for hire, carriage & operation charges of pump & hose pipe)
Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.
Dismantling of manhole including R.C.C. top slab, C.I. cover with frame, including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:

Extra rates for quantities of Earth work in excavation executed: (Note- The extra percentage rate is applicable in respect of each item but limited to quantities of work executed in these difficult conditions. The unit, namely, metre depth, to be considered for payment,shall be the depth measured from the sub soil water level up to the centre of gravity of the qty executed in difficult conditions. The depth shall be reckoned correct to 0.10 m, 0.05 m or more shall be taken as 0.10 m and less than 0.05 m ignored.

Cutting tree roots encountered in foundation trench to receive bed concrete using carpenters saw, power cutter saw and axe wherever required complete as directed and disposal of debris to a lead of 50m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :
Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :
One or more coats on old work.
Providing and fixing STAINLESS STEEL wire mesh in aluminium windows including cutting and fixing the mesh in frames complete (Note Dismembering, refixing of aluminium members of shutter shall be paid under relevant repairs item of shutter)
Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary:
Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).
Repairs to wooden window/door/ cupboard shutters by tightening of loose hinges/joinery with new screws, wood pins and L-bracket wherever required, replacing damaged hinges (to be paid separately) slicing/grinding of edges to remove excess paint or overlapping wood skin, repairs for tower bolt/hinge movement applying WD-40 spray solution for smooth operation complete

Providing and fixing IS : 12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges with stainless steel screws etc. complete :
Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approvedmake, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
Providing and fixing factory made Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) Chhajja 4mm thick of required colour size and design made of Resin Transfer moulding (RTM)Machine technology, resulting in void free compact laminate in single piece, having smooth gradual slope curvature for easy drainage of water and duly reinforced by 2 nos vertically and 1 no horizontally mm thick MS flat with 12mm inbuilt hole for grouting on the existing wall along with 50mm flanges duly inserted and sealed in the wall complete in one single piece casted monolithically, including all necessary fittings. The FRP chhajja should be manufactured using unsaturated polyester resin as per IS: 6746, duly reinforced with fiber glass chopped strand mash (CSM) as per IS:11551 complete with protective Gel coat U/V coating on top for complete resistance from the extreme of tempetrature, weather & sunlight (only plan area of chhajjas shall be measured for making payment)
Pruning, trimming, of tree branches (ht 15 feet and above) and gith up to 50cm including removal of cut materials upto 50mt. lead and as per direction of officer in charge (necessary T&P shall be arranged bythe contractor).
