Disconnecting water connections to the condenser & chiller of package/central A/C plant of 60 TR by dismantling the both end cover of condenser. Descaling the condenser of compressors with dilute sulphuric acid and flushing/cleaning with brush and water and re-fixing the side cover with new gasket nut / bolts and detect leakage all as specified and directed. Note : Dilute sulphuric acid for descaling is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Disconnecting/Isolating the compressor from the system by putting plates to the suction and discharge valve opening of the compressor. Dismatling the compressor completely by taking down the crank shaft. Removing unserviceable internal parts cleaning overhauling complete renewal of worn out parts such as suction reed, discharge reed, cylinder liners, loading/unloading system of compressor, washers, nut bolts, gaskets shaft seal, "O" rings, cutting, metalizing, grinding, balancing the crank shaft and reassembling the compressor including changing the compressor oil, leak testing with nitrogen, repairing leakages and charging R-22, gas, testing/comissioning complete for following compressor make Accel sabro/Kirloskar, complete all as specified and directed. Note : R-22 gas,spare parts, compressor oil shall be measured and paid separately under respective items and all other minor items costing less than Rs 500 shall be deemed to be included in the above item rate.The rates for fixing of the following items shall be deemed to be included in the above quoted rate.

NOTES:- (i) On testing, after completion of Job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone at without any extra cost by contractor. (ii) Earth lead wire and its protection pipe upto and including 7.50 M from the top of earth electrode are included under this item and additional length if required at site will be measured and paid separately under respective item.
