M&L excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr width and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying of pipes complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 mm thick for any type of soil all as directed.

M&L removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mm and depositing at a level n.exc 45m above the statrting point all as directed.

Taking up old GI pipe from trencehs/floor incl connected fittings/accessories (defective gate valve/stop valves) etc of any size complete of following sizes for cleaning/re-fixing/replacing with necessary fittings and valves etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) GI pipe 100mm bore

(b) GI pipe 80mm bore

(c) GI pipe 50mm bore

(d) GI pipe 25mm bore

(e) GI pipe 20mm bore

Supply and laying galvanised iron pipes of medium grade with ISI marked with all tube fittings (such as bend, elbows, tees, short pieces of medium grade, connectors, back nuts, caps , plugs and unions etc) laying in trenches/floor/ducts and also cutting pipes, screwing and for making forged bends on piping as required and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (a) GI pipe 100 mm bore

M&L for 3- LAYER PP-R (Polypropelene random copolymer ) pipes SDR-11,PN 10 UV stabilised and antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP- R Plain & brass threadedpolypropelene random fitting fixed complete to walls , ceiling or in trench size 110 mm dia and taking out old Gi pipe same size all as specified & directed (a) ppr pipe 110 mm bore

(b) ppr pipe 90mm bore

(c) ppr pipe 50 mm bore

(d) ppr pipe 32 mm bore

Supply and laying 150 mm dia bore Cast iron pipes with spigot and socketed end centrifugally cast . class A in any length with all CI fittings (such as bend, elbows, tees, short pieces, laying in trenches/floor/ducts and also cutting pipes, screwing and for making forged bends on piping as required and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cast iron fitting upto 150 mm bore bends(any type, radius and angle) tappers any type, (straight , bend,increasing, decreasing and double socket etc) Tee piece single branch. Y juction, double branch, cross( all sockets or socket and spigot) collars ,caps, and plugs all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.(Note- Excavation measured and paid seperately under relevant item.)

S&F Gun metal gate valave 50 mm bore ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe with union, including removing old unserviceable gate valves complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out old unserviceable sluice valve with cutting the rusted bolts, nuts with Rubber sheet, materials & labour cast iron sluice valve of size 150mm bore with flanged ends heavy duty of class PN 1.6 ISI marked drilled for bolts comprising of gun metal spindle with nuts and cast iron operating handle including necessary rubber gasket joint complete with nuts bolts and washers all as specified and directed

All as per item No-39 here-in-before but size 100 mm bore.

M&L for repair to brick masionary of sluice valve Pit chamber of size 1200 X 1200 X 1200 mm with brick work 50 mm thick internal and external plaster in cm 1:4 inlcluding 25 X 25 X 5 mm MS angle iron frame all around the fixed point by means of 04 Nos hold fast 150 mm long made out of flat iron, 25 X 6 mm embedded in PCC block 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 including hinges welded with angle iron frame and MS cover 3 mm thick, MS handle of suitable size, removing old plastering , locking arrangements and applaying two coat of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation, removing/returning filling in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge
