Construction of Malibandha-II Check Dam over local nalla near village Dadhibamanpur in Chilika Block of Khordha District under MATY Scheme for the year 2025-26

Excavation, loading , unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kind of soil including moorum. stoney earth, gravel etc. interspread with boulders up to 1/2 cum in size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by EIC within an initial lead of 1 km. from the place of excavation complete.

Excavation of foundation in D.I. rock not required blasting ti be excavated manually by the hacksaw and crowbar to proper profile in all kinds of soil with initial lead and lift including dressing and leveling the bed to proper slope and level making it fit for laying concrete including depositing the excavated materials clear of work site with all leads and lifts including dewatering from foundation if necessary complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth well watered and rammed with all leads and lifts including making arrangement for carriage of water and with cost, conveyance of all materials required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Cement concrete M15 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of 20 mm down graded mixed in concrete mixture including cost of all materials ,machineries and labouer with all lead for materials upto the mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete within initial lead of 50m and laying in dams, barrages,power house and pen stock with all lift/delift upto 1.50m height above average ground level etc. complete in all respect to proper slope & level with all cost, conveyance, royalty & other taes of all materials complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete M20 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of 20 mm down graded mixed in concrete mixture including cost of all materials ,machineries and labouer with all lead for materials upto the mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete within initial lead of 50m and laying in dams, barrages,power house and pen stock with all lift/delift upto 1.50m height above average ground level etc. complete in all respect to proper slope & level with all cost, conveyance, royalty & other taes of all materials complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Straightening, cutting, bending, binding and lying the grills as per approved design & placing in position including cost, conveyance of M.S. Rod & binding wire 18 to 20 gauge complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Weight of binding wire is not included for payment)

Providing smooth centering, shuttering for R.C.C. work in F&P including cost, conveyance,royalty & all taxes of materials including dismantling it after required period etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid shuttering with the box type steel shuttering plates with kays for intermidiate construction joints in rafts of weir,barrage and dam blocks including cost of materials,labour,T&P etc,complete as directed by the Engineer -in-charge including removal of forms

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments to all heights with H.Stone of size 15cm - 30cm including cost, conveyance, royalty to proper slope and level complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Minimum 1/6 volume will be deducted towards voids)

Providing weep holes in brick masonary/plain/Reinforced concrete abutment,wing wall/return wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of IV:20H towards drawing foce complete per drawing and technical as per direction of E.I.C.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil within initial lead of 1km on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 22.5cm layers to make ready for watering and compaction with sheep foot roller and dozers but excluding watering and compaction in dam nad dyke for all heights including construction maintenance ,wateringand lighting of haul road and borrow area etc complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge(measurment of the fill to be taken on the finished compacted level section under OMC condition)etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
