M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in plinth/flooring protection and path finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for pre-polished machine cut Kota stone in flooring 20-25mm thick laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed. (Note : only one stone piece on one tread with nosing one side)

M&L for pre-polished machine cut Kota stone slab in skirting 20-25mm thick on vertical surfaces over 10mm thick cement plaster in (1:3) such as risers, skirting etc. jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing and taking down existing skirting complete all as specified and directed. (Note : only one stone piece on one riser)

M&L for water proofing treatment carriedout as under complete all as specified and directed:- (a) M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or rendering in CM 1:4 on RCC roof slab ,mix with water proofing compound @ 2% by wt of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement (b) M&L for Bitumen primer @ .30 ltrs/sqm for use in waterproofing and damp-proofing treatments (c) M&L Applying evenly a tack coat of in dustrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces (d) M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application .The over lap shall be minimum 15mm on end lap and 100mm side laps (e) M&L for 40 mm thick locally available PCC tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including liquid water proofing comound @ 200 ml per bag of cement, grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Rate of water proofing compound deemed tobe included in quoted rate

S&F for Steel windows with side hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for window guard bar, ISI marked Framed work such as grills with making provision in grills for openable for desert cooler etc, gratings, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel ventilators, top hung type, with glazing bars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening Fe- 290 (Gde E- 165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of synthtic enamel paint over a coat of primer in steel surface including preparation of new Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster external in cm 1:4 mixed with Pidi Proof 101 LW (+) of Dr fixit or equivalent including integral water proofing admixture @200 ml/bag of cement and finish the surafce even and smooth (without using extra cement ) completely all as specified and directed. Note: Pidi proof deemed tobe included in quoted rate.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and finish the surafce even and smooth (without using extra cement ) for internal walls completel all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surface of ceiling including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on ceilling including prepreation of new surface complete all as spfd and directed

M&L for preperation of newly plastered concrete surface of wall & applying three coat of white wash on wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item no 37 above but 8mm dia TMT bar.

S&F Mild Steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm graded agg) as in copings,kerbs and like incl weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete type B-0 ( 1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor / slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete type C-1( 1:3:6) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in path finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.
