Supply of High Speed Master Trip relays with 4 N/O +1 N/C Latch type relays as per detailed technical specifications for retrofitting in Rotational UFR Panels to be installed at NTPC Unchahar for implementation of Unchahar Islanding Scheme.
Erection/Installation, Testing & Commissioning of High Speed Master Trip relays along with all necessary hardware viz. panel wires, contractors, TBs,etc as per requirement of Unchahar Islanding Scheme on Rotational UFR Panels to be installed at NTPC Unchahar. Work shall include preperation of panel cabinet by cutting of panel sheet with proper placement of new High Speed Master Trip. Preparation of interconnection drawing & modification in panel wiring for the new relay to be installed on panels , connection/termination as per new drawing shall be submitted to department for necessary verification/approval.
Interconnection of 02 Nos. Rotational UFR Panels installed at NTPC Unchahar to function as Main 1 and Main 2 UF Relays, as per Requirement of NTPC and making of hardware logic & interlock as per scheme requirment . Work shall include modification of 110V DC compatible for 220V DC including supply of using any required hardware like change over relays etc. for proper functioning of scheme.
