13.88.00) Preparation of surface by scrapping and cleaning of damaged / rusted surfaces of grease, moisture, Alumina & Bauxite dust, process materials, existing painting etc. for all dia pipe line at all heights such as silos, chimneys, conveyors, duct lines, pipe racks, portals, trusses, bracings, purlines, girders etc. all complete as per specification & direction of Engineer- In-Charge. (The item rates includes cost of all scaffolding, tools, tackles brushes etc. and providing all safety arrangement as per statutory requirement inside plant premises.)

The item rates includes cost of all materials, redoxide primer, all scaffolding, tools, tackles and providing all safety arrangement as per statutory requirement inside Plant premises. (All materials including primer are to be supplied by the contractor)

(All materials including primer are to be supplied by the contractor)

1361.1) Painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint for all type of industrial structures at all heights such as silos, chimneys, conveyors, duct lines,Pipe racks, portals, trusses, bracings, purlines, girders, all dia pipelines, various Equipments in plant etc. all complete as per specification & direction of EIC. The item rates includes cost of all materials, SE Paints, thinners, all scaffolding, tools, tackles, brushes or any other equipment required to execute the work and providing all safety arrangement as per statutory requirement inside Plant premises. (All materials including SE Paint are to be supplied by the contractor)

13.61.1) Painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over surface of all dia pipe lines at all heights such as silos, chimneys, conveyors, duct lines,Pipe racks, portals, trusses, bracings, purlines, girders, all dia pipelines, various Equipments in plant etc. all complete as per specification & direction of EIC. The item rates includes cost of all materials, SEPaints, thinners, all scaffolding, tools, tackles, brushes or any other equipment required to execute the work and providing all safety arrangement as per statutory requirement inside Plant premises. (All materials including SE Paint are to be supplied by the contractor)

13.63.1) Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work at all height, all complete as per specification & direction of EIC. The item rates includes cost of all materials, Aluminium paint, all scaffolding, tools, tackles, brushes or any other equipment required to execute the work and providing all safety arrangement as per statutory requirement inside Plant premises. (All materials including Aluminium Paint are to be supplied by the contractor)

(All materials including HR Aluminium Paint are to be supplied by the contractor)

13.64.1) Painting with acid / alkali proof paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work at all height, all complete as per specification & direction of EIC. The item rates includes cost of all materials, acid / alkali proof paint, all scaffolding, tools, tackles, brushes or any other equipment required to execute the work and providing all safety arrangement as per statutory requirement inside Plant premises. (All materials including acid / alkali proof Paint are to be supplied by the contractor)
