Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide and n.exc 1.5M depth for getting out for laying of UG cables in hard dense soil all as directed.

Returning filling including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers no exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as directed.

Supply and spread clean dry river sand in cable trenches as in cable cushioning all as specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid in trenches as in protection of UG cables all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying in replacement of HT 11 KV 3 core XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts including testing, connecting upto and complete all as specified and directed at site for the following cross sectional area a) 120 Sqmm x 3 core

Supply and fix in Replacement of Thermastat switch for controlling the space Heaters temperature settings AC 230 Volt Input suitable for HT VCB panel of any make fixed inside with suitable clamps , bolts and nuts complete including necessary wiring cable connection with control toggle ON-OFF switch - 01 No complete all as specified and directed. Make - DASPASS/RACOLD/KEMET or Equivalent.

Supply and fix in replacement of damaged HT breaker cluster contacts male / female / Isolating / Moving / Fixed Contacts 630/400 amps for VCB/OCB/RMU/SF6 type breaker all as specified & directed Make Kirloskar /ABB or Equivalent

Decarburizing/cleaning complete HT 11KV, 3 phase independent bus bar, bus bar chamber of HT panel electrification connection complete, HT OCB/VCB switch gear arrangement incoming and outgoing installed in sub-stations after removing the complete bus bar spout, circuit spout from the bus bar chamber, cleaning with CTC and ensure proper decarburizing, re-fixing the same after applying backtol (Red) solution to the spout, checking all the connections, tightening the nuts, bolts thimbles for incoming and outgoing system complete all as specified and directed, rate quoted is inclusive of bactol red, CTC & cotton waste provided by contractor.

Supply and fix in replacement of Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous namelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M & L for painting the VCB of capacity ranging 630/400 Amps after preparation of surface and applying painting of two coats of anti corrosive smoke grey paint over a coat of redoxide zinc chrome primer out side surface of the metalic enclosure etc all as directed by the Engineer in charge

M & L for painting the SF 6 /OCB of any capacity ranging after preparation of surface and applying painting of two coats of anti corrosive smoke grey paint over a coat of redoxide zinc chrome primer out side surface of the metalic enclosure etc all as directed by the Engineer in charge

S & Fix in replacement of HT Bottle fuse 100 Amps for load breaker switch controled all as specified and directed at site. Make : Cooper Bussmann/SIEMENS

Taking up or down GI steel tubing of cable protection of any size

M&L GI tubing, light grade, 100mm bore, as in cable protection fixed to poles/walls or laid in trenches / under roads / crossing etc. all as specified and as directed.

M & L for calibration and testing of triping system of HT 11 KV OCB/VCB/SF6 circuit breaker by injecting fault current on primary side of CT/PT , setting the OL/inverse time /Earth fault level and ensure that HT breaker tripping system function properly as per relay setting and submit calibration test certificate duly signed by contractor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
