Note for Srl No.1 to 4 :- (i) Minor repair includes all the periodical preventive maintenance such as tightening of nuts and bolts of Electric Panel, Transformers, VCBs, Earthings and tightening of loose connections and replacing thimbles, UG cables etc. The contractor shall obtain confirmation of periodical maintenance every 30 days and Testing of Earth Result of Transformer, Electric Panels, VCBs in presence of Engineer- in-charge and shall make a record of the same. (ii) The contractor shall make a register for recording of power factor daily in presence of JE and verified by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) The contractor shall be maintained log sheet for each sub station. (iv) Daily cleaning inside and outside installations area complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge & GE. (v) Cost of the repair and replacement of any demage items due to misoperation of the plant shall be paid by the contractor. (vi) Rates are deemed to be included in above quoted rates.No extra payment to be paid on this accounts. (vii) Bidders may please note that the rate quoted for outsourcing work shall not less than the minimum wages circulated by Chief Labour Commissioner, GOI, Min of Labour, New Delhi for Suratgarh (Class 'C' City) Plus ESI (EPF) & GST applicable to the bidder. Copy of applicable rate for ESI / EPF & GST shall be forwarded by the bidder alongwith bid documets cover 1. If the rate quoted by the bidder is lower than the applicable minimum wages + ESI / EPF + GST the same will be treated as 'Non-Bonafide' & the offer will not be considered for acceptance. (viii) Contractor shall collect “DHPP(N) Fuel” from MES store yard or from collection point as decided by Engineer-in-charge. Vehicle for the transportation of “DHPP (N) Fuel” from MES store yard or from collection point up to installations shall be provided by the Department free of cost to the contractor.

M&L for decarbonazing of bus bar chamber of 1000 Amps bus bar Make L&T and all affected parts, after diconnecting electric connections, taking out brunt accessories / control wiring, providing insulation of suitable size around bus bar with colour coding as per engineering pratice and replacement of brunt accessories (Male - female connector, tongle switch etc) and wiring, repairing of tripping mechanisam for making LT ACB panel serviceable in all respect complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Any item required at site deemed included quoted rate no extra payment will be made on this account.

All as per item No 5 above but 2000 Amps capacity bus bar.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of thermoplastic polycarbonate IP 65 outdoor type in accordance with EN 60 529 (dust proof, weather proof & water proof) power distribution board of suitable dimension as per engineer practice, shock proof, rust proof, corrosion free, acid & chemical resistant, fire retardant & self extingushing, UV Resistant, silica and halogen free recyclable material, glow wire tested at 960⁰C in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-11. type tasted as per IEC 61 439-1. total insulated with system. The manufacturer of board / panel shall submit a copy of ASTA certification by CPRI for the Degree of ingress protection in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket material shall be polyurethane while the gasket shall be internally embedded including provision for taking incoming and outgoing cables duly marked with reveted letter plated of appropriate size for each feeder / block cable , danger board, detachable plate at bottom for cable entry etc. with bottom frame made out of angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 5mm and 600mm long 4 legs. The manufacturer of board / panel shall submit a copy of type test report of a board made out of polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 61 439-1. The report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily:- (i) Tempreture rise. (ii) Dielectric properties (iii) Short circuit withstand current - rated peak & short time with stand current and rated conditional short circuit current. (iv) Efffectiveness of protective circuits (v) Clearance & Creepage distance (vi) Degree of protection (vii) Mechanical operation
