Preparation of necessary detailed engineering drawings and obtaining approval thereof as per approved DPR
Raw Water Intake Station : Fabrication, Supplying, placing and installation of M.S. Floating Barge having deck size of 6.0 m. x 9.0 m. with all necessary mooring materials & lifesaving equipment; tying arrangement; lighting arrangement with proper earthling system, proper approach arrangement from the river bank etc. (Frame work consist of IS Channels / Angles and the Hull / deck fabricated out of IS225 grade MS plate, in conformity with relevant BIS Code of Practices with latest amendments & current at the time of execution and following the norms etc. as prescribed by the IWT Deppt., Assam / Competent Authority, including Internal electrification work (with copper wiring of required C/S. area) with all necessary electrical fittings & fixures viz., light / fan / power socket etc., at intake barge / compound illumination at intake station etc.; providing Pre Painted Galvanized Iron Sheet Roofing with MS Truss & supporing frame; providing AC Sheet ceiling; painting all surfaces of trghe barge with bituminous and/or synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red lead primer etc., complete, as directed and specified. (Refer Annexure - I for Item of Works involved in the Job)
River Bank Protection work at Intake Station : River Bank Protection work at Intake Station by providing Pitching with cement concrete block of size 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.3 m. cast in cement concrete of Grade M15 laid over prepared filter material bed in bank slope including boulder appron and including providing and laying filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per technical specification, and as directed and specified. (Refer Annexure - II for Item of Works involved in the Job)
Utility cum Operator's Room at Intake Station : Constructing 1 (one) No. Assam Type Utility cum Operator's Room at Intake for 1 (one) No. Pump Operator / Chowkider consisting of 1 bed room, 1 kitchen, 1 toilet (common) & 1 Utility Room having minimum 30.0 Sq.m. Plinth Area with minimum 600 mm plinth height from finished G.L.& 3.3 m. finished floor height above the plinth, having Steel casement window/ ventilator, 1st. class local hard Wood door frame, 1st. class local hard Wood panelled shutter (Toilet door shall be of solid moulded PVC frame & 25 mm. thick PVC shutter), Ceramic Tile flooring with in the bed room, & at entry / Anti Skid tile flooring & white glazed ceramic tile daddo in kitchen & toilet. Roof of the structure shall be of powder coated pre laminated corrugated Galvanised sheet with Steel Roof Truss. The structure shall have A.C. sheet ceiling with wooden frame. All internal faces of wall, soffit of ceiling etc in the building shall be finished with dry distemper (including the priming coat) over cement mortar plastering and exterior faces of the entire building shall be finished with weather coat cement paint (including priming coat) over cement mortar plastering. All wood/steel work viz., door/window/ventilator frame & shutter etc. shall be finished with synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat. the staff quarter shall be provided with necessary internal water supply & sanitary installation work including providing 1 No. 1500 litre capacitypre-casted ferrocement septic tank. Internal electrification of the entire structure shall be with concealed copper wiring of required C/S. area, including providing all necessary electrical fittings & fixtures viz., sufficient Nos. of light / fan / power socket etc. Necessary plinth protection work with side drain and white ant treatment etc. shall have to be provided for the structure.
Power Connection from APDCL Grid : Drawl of Power Line from nearby APDCL Grid to Intake location including setting up of required capacity Sub-Station (along with provision for A.V.R., if required) including obtaining necessary approval & load sanction from APDCL and payment of supervision & other charges to APDCL, if any, all complete, as directed and specified. a) power connectint to Intake Station (Approximate length of power line from nearby APDCL Grid - 12150.0 RM; Approximate capacity of Power Transformer - 500 KVA) (Refer Annexure -III for Item of Works involved in the Job)
Captive Power Generator: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of diesel Engine Driven Captive Power Generator (as per relevant BIS or ISO specification) of required Capacity to operate all the electrical installations at Intake Station including supporting structure, Auto change over control panel, connecting & hooking up of the same with main incoming electrical control panel, Fuel tank and all other necessary appurtenances etc., all complete as directed and specified. a) 160.0 KVA (approximate) capacity generator at Intake Station (Refer Annexure - IV for Item of Works involved in the Job)
Site Development & Security Wall with Gate at Intake Station Land Development & Security Wall with RCC framed structure at Intake station site with MS gate, wall finished with weather coat cement paint & gate finished with non glossy synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red lead primer), all complete, as directed and specified (Refer Annexure - V for Item of Works involved in the Job)
Construction of Concrete Paved Approach Road to Intake station from nearby Public Road including preparing & consolidating the sub base and making of compacted granular sub base including providing expansion gap with filler material in the concrete pavement; Brick edging with full brick at both side of the pavement; making of Class NP4 pipe culvert on 1st. Class bedding of granular material with both side brick wing wall including necessary earth work in excavation & return filling thereof ewtc., all complete, as directed and specified. (Refer Annexure - VI for Item of Works involved in the Job)
Raw Water Pumping Machinery and other accessories comprising of : Supply, installation testing and commissioning including trial run of 2 Nos. horizontal split casing type electrically operated centrifugal pumping machinary of reputed make and conforming to BIS specification and & other regulatory norms, each set giving discharge of 60.764 lps. against total head of 125.55 m. in the Intake Barge with matching 3 - Ph. Induction motor of 1440 RPM (1500syn) 415 Volts, AC supply, 50 Hz., TEFC body drive motor (as per relevant BIS specification) with variable frequency drive where required, all of reputed make and conforming to BIS specification & other regulatory norms, including providing all necessary suction & delivery piping arrangements with control valves & specials viz. foot valve, sluice valve, non return valve etc., electrical switch gear and all all necessary electrical and other installation works thereof along with required capacity Capacitor Bank Panel and connection cable of required sizes, arrangement for priming system, anti vibratory mountings for the pump set, hooking up of the pump with the raw water pumping main as described in subsequent items of this BoQ etc., all complete as directed and specified. (Note : Contractor has to furnish manufacturer's test certificate and characteristic performance curve of the pump set etc.) (Refer Annexure -VII for Item of Works involved in the Job)
Manifold Type M.S. Common Header at river Bank & Flexible Hoses for connecting the Raw Water Main with the Raw Water Pumps mounted on Barge : Providing Manifold Type fabricated M.S. Common Header having 2 inlet port and one common outlet including providing RCC support at river Bank and supplying, fitting and fixing of flexible armored hoses of required dia & pressure class including hooking up & connecting all the raw water pumping machinary on intake barge to one raw water pumping main, all complete, as directed and specified. (Refer Annexure - VIII for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)
Raw Water Conveying Main from intake station to the Treatment Plant : Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of 300 mm dia. DI/SS Class-K9 pipes conforming to relevant BIS Code (with up to date & latest ammendments at the time of execution) from Manufacturere Store including providing all necessary specials viz., bend, tee, enlarger/reducer, end plug etc., manufactured by the same manufacturere of pipe and including transportation of the pipes & specials upto work site including handling charges; lowering and laying of the ppipes & specials in line and level in trenches and / or over supports (minimum cover of pipe in trenches shall be 1 meter); Jointing of pipes & required specials etc.; including supplying, fitting and fixing of all required sluice valve, non return valve air valve etc., all of required pressure class & of reputed make conforming to relevant BIS specification (with up to date & latest ammendments at the time of execution); hydraulic testing of the same (pipes specials & valves); construction of required valve chamber and, including all necessary earth work / road cutting etc. for making pipe trenches & back filling of the same to its original condition; acquiring permission for road cutting etc., if any, from the competant authority; restoration of the excavated road surface (both heard crust and/or side berm) to its original condition; Making of supporting pillars for portion of pipe line to be laide along depressed area/ nullah crossing etc., if any; and, including providing all necessary labour & equipment etc., all complete, as directed and specified. (Refer Annexure - IX for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)
Construction of complete Water Treatment Plant of Capacity 3.5 MLD (in 16 Hrs operation) in conformity with the CPHEEO Manual and all relevant BIS Code of practices with latest amendment, current at the time of design & execution for treated water output quality for drinking purposes, having provision for: (i) Aerator (Refer Annexure - X(A) for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)
(ii) Plain Sadimentation Tank (Refer Annexure - X(B) for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)
(iii) Rapid Mixer (Refer Annexure - X(C) for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)
(iv) Clariflocculator (Refer Annexure - X(D) for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)

(vii) Assam type Pump Room at Treatment Plant Location : Constructing 1 (one) No. Assam Type Pump Room at Treatment Plant Location near the sludge Pond for accommodating 2(two) nos Pump set for recycling the waste Warter, having minimum 25.0 Sq.m. Plinth Area with minimum 600 mm plinth height from finished G.L.& 3.3 m. finished floor height above the plinth, having MS Rolling Shutter/ Collapsible Gate & Steel casement window/ ventilator, CC flooring with ironite topping for the entire pump room etc.Roof of the structure shall be of powder coated pre laminated corrugated Galvanised sheet with Steel Roof Truss. The structure shall have A.C. sheet ceiling with wooden frame. All internal faces of wall, soffit of ceiling etc in the building shall be finished with dry distemper (including the priming coat) over cement mortar plastering and exterior faces of the entire building shall be finished with weather coat cement paint (including priming coat) over cement mortar plastering. All steel work viz., MS lling Shutter/ Collapsible Gate/window/ventilator frame & shutter etc. shall be finished with synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat. Pump Operator's & Chowkider consisting of 2 bed room, 1 M.P. room, 1 kitchen, 2 toilet (common), 1 verendah in 1 Dwelling unit having Total Number of Dwelling Unit = 8 Nos., Number of Dwelling Unit provided in each floor = 2 Nos., Area of 1 Dwelling Unit =55.0 Sq.m./unit and calculated minimum Gross Area per floor = 110.0 Sq.m. Plinth Area with minimum 600 mm plinth height from finished G.L.& 3.938 m. finished floor height above the plinth for ground floor & 3.150 m. finished floor height for first floor, second floor & third foor, having Steel casement window/ ventilator, 1st. class local hard Wood door frame, 1st. class local hard Wood panelled shutter (Toilet door shall be of solid moulded PVC frame & 25 mm. thick PVC shutter), Ceramic Tile flooring with in the bed room, & at entry / Anti Skid tile flooring & white glazed ceramic tile daddo in kitchen & toilet. Roof of the structure shall be of water proof powder coated. The structure shall have A.C. sheet ceiling with wooden frame. All internal faces of wall, soffit of ceiling etc in the building shall be finished with dry distemper (including the priming coat) over cement mortar plastering and exterior faces of the entire building shall be finished with weather coat cement paint (including priming coat) over cement mortar plastering. Compound Illumination, Internal Wlakway including Land Scapping & Arboriculture at Treatment Plant Site : Supplying, fitting, fixing, testing and commissioning of 250 watt HPSV street lights of required Nos. luminaire at treatment plant site ( Bajaj make BJMP – 250 W or equivalent) complete with 250 W SV lamp including supplying and fixing of 40 mm dia 3.0 m long GI (H) pipe post with clamping devices and embedded in PCC base of size 400 mm x 400 mm x 75 mm deep below GL., wiring with 6.0 mm2 PVC insulated wire (in Loop for connecting at least 4 such lamp) through PVC flexible conduit laid below GL, including supply of all materials and labour and including cost of PCC base & necessary earth work etc.; making provision of Cement Concrete Internal Road, path etc. laid on Brick Flat Soling inside the Treatment Plant site; and, Landscapping and Arboriculture in the Treatment Plant Site; and, including supply of all labour & materials etc., all complete, as directed & specified. (Refer Annexure - XIII for Item of Works involved in the Job)

Supply & installation of different instruments and machineries like level transmitters, network devices, valve control, PLC, control panels, PH meter, Pressure meter, temperature meter, flow meter, water sensor, chlorine meter, application server system, LCD, RTU/PLC, GPRS Modems, software and application etc. for SCADA system for flow control from central location and for leak detection system from central location by GPRS system for the intake, Pre Treatment Plant, Ground level Pre treated water storage sump and at Water Purification Plant at AIIMS all complete as directed and specified.
Trial Run : Trial Run of the complete water supply scheme after successful commissioning of all the system component of the same for 2 (two) month including payment of wages for all pump operator, treatment plant operator, Khalashi, Plumber, Electrician, Helper, Casual labour etc. for both intake station & treatment plant; supplying of all necessary chemicals, disinfectants, laboratory reagent etc., and payment of Electrical Energy Bill to APDCL including providing PoL for the Captive Power Generator for operating during Power Failure etc., all complete, as directed and specified.
Operation and maintenance for 5(Five) years afterTrial Run : Operation and maintenance of the complete water supply scheme after successful trial run of all the system component of the same for 5( Five) years including payment of wages for all pump operator, treatment plant operator, Khalashi, Plumber, Electrician, Helper, Casual labour etc. for both intake station & treatment plant; supplying of all necessary chemicals, disinfectants, laboratory reagent etc., and payment of Electrical Energy Bill to APDCL including providing PoL for the Captive Power Generator for operating during Power Failure etc., all complete, as directed and specified for following years a) For 1st year after completion of trial run of 2 (Two) months
b) For 2nd year after completion of 1st year
c) For 3rd year after completion of 2nd year
d) For 4th year after completion of 3rd year
