Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors n. exc. 15 cm in thickness (below or above GL)unreinforced and removing debries out side of MoD land all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for manholes etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in , including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick using soils complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point as in soils all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thk cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for floors finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces of walls or ceiling etc incl. Raking out joints , hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cm 1:4 all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete coloured Glossy finished tiles 20-25mm confirming to IS -1237 (rubber form moulded)any size in floors etc, set, jointed & pointed with cement slurry 15mm thick bedding layer of cement sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F precast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate) roubber moulded in approved design in kerb stone, with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in CM mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match complete as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for precast cement concrete interlocking tiles/paver block, machine pressed of any shape and size as approved, in M 35 grade and 60 mm thick with grey cement and pigment laid and bedded on sand cushioning all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down of double leaf steel gate and refixing on same location incl repair /replaement to holdfast,locking device etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel or stainless steel works of any description , size or in any position including door, gates etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 2 mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent plain sheeting fixed with self drilling screw complete etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in CM incl all quoins, pillars etc but excl ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B - 2 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete oer asphaltic concrete or lime concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the debris out side defence land from the site etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demoilition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing un serviceable tiles / debris to the out of MOD Land premises , Complete etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 25 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type B-1, (1:2:4 ) (20mm graded aggregate) as in floors / sub base to the floor, etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured printed tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but n. exc 0.18 sqm, in floors or dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm (1:4) etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Glazed printed/ coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L granite (of any type ) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing , over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L granite (of any type ) tiles 20mm thick machine cut in skirting / dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the granite stone including grinding and polishing over 15 mm thick rendering layer of cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces of walls or ceiling etc ., incl 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete or brick surface and finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement upto 4 storeys building and preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats cement base paint over a priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint, , incl removing of debris/ rubbish off the premises out of MOD land etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces of walls or ceiling etc ., incl 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on Bk surfaces on brick work and finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement and Preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over chalk whitening,incl removing of debris/ rubbish off the premises out of MOD land etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls incl preparation of old plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over one coat of Chalk whitening on 1.0 mm thick wall care putty coat of platered surface, preparatory to distempering as on walls etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Reinforced Cement Concrete (Nominal Mix ) Type B1 (1:2:4) (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, Chajjas,Fins,beams,columns, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs , posts/ struts ,foundations/ footings, etc., and in shelves and the like structures, etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, columns /pillars/posts/ tie beam/ plinth beam etc., similar work; vertical or to batter etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 8 to 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bend to required shape including cranking,bending spirally for hooping for slabs, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to TMT bars etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) as in soft/ loose soil , each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Cement concrete type C-1,(1:3:6) (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations/fillings , etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Rolled mild steel in roof trusses Circular/ RHS/LHS (framed), trussed, fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections including cleats, brackets etc) conforming Fe-410W(Gde-E-250 quality 'B' all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (TCT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to walll fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S& F in repair 75 mm bore PVC (SWR ) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors , roofs, complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in- charge.

M & L for cutting holes not exc 150 sq.cm into or through brick wall built, in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar or walls of lime concrete incl making good in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B-1 as required, etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down frame or Chowkhats (w/o taking off shutter from the frame) of any description exc. 1.50 Sqm but n exc 4.0 sqm each etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 2.00 sqm each etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc. 1.5 sqm etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for Factory made solid PVC moulded door with particle board core shutter 28 to 30mm thick (stiles) with 2,4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, fixing in frame at site as per specification etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC solid door frame of size 50mm x47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, fixing in opening etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 40 mm thick (2nd Cl Hard Wood) (Double leaf shutter) Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, incl fixing of lead sheet 2.00 mm thick inside the to total area of shutter , etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
