Charpoy GI pipe (FD-220) S & F following components of Charpoy GI pipe including dismantling unservicable one all as specified and as directed. (a) Long rail made of 32 mm dia GI Tubing medium grade ISI mark 1.88 mtr long, threaded at both ends and fixing to 3 way 32 mm dia GI elbow of charpoy.

Conversion of 32 mm dia long rail obtained from item No 1 above into two numbers short rail after cutting and threading both ends and fixing to 3 way 32 mm dia existing elbow including dismantling existing one.

Conversion of 32 mm dia short rail obtained from item No 4 above into two numbers leg including fixing to 3 way 32 mm dia after one end threaded .

Removing old unserviceable/rusted MS Plate and S&F new MS Plate of size 900mmx40mm x 5mm duly painted with black colour after applying red oxide after making two Nos holes.

M & L for removing old U/S plywood and S&F New 12 mm BWR phenol bonded commercial plywood of size 2020 mm x 900 mm including fixing of plywood with new 12 Nos Nut and bolts (75mmx6).Necessary reassembling the components as where required to fixing components and tighten the charpoy frame to make original shape of charpoy as per drg before fixing the ply top. Rest all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Charpoy with hard top (FD/MAP/04) M & L for removing old U/S plywood and S&F New 12 mm BWR phenol bonded commercial plywood of size 1980 mm x 900 mm including fixing of plywood with new 12 Nos Nut and bolts (75mmx6).Necessary reassembling the components as where required to fixing components and tighten the charpoy frame to make original shape of charpoy as per drg before fixing the ply top. Rest all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F following components of Charpoy with hard top including dismantling unservicable one all as specified and as directed. (a) Stiffeners made of 25x25x16 mm Gauge MS Tube, tighten the charpoy with hard top frame to make original shape of charpoy as per drg. Rest all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make : Jindal/Bansal/Tata)

Removing old unserviceable/rusted Legs and S&F new MS plate 32x32x5 welded at Bottom of legs & over which 3 mm Thk Rubber sheet fixed with adhesive. the charpoy with hard top frame to make original shape of charpoy as per drg. Rest all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable/rusted MS Plate and S&F new MS Plate of size 900mmx40mm x 5mm duly painted with black colour after applying red oxide after making two Nos holes.

TABLE COMPUTER (TP) Removing of old unserviceable top of Table computer and S & F new top made of pre-laminated MDF board exterior grade 18mm thick post-formed with 0.6 mm thick laminated in Mohigni/Walnut colour/shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge with 2 mm thick PVC edging of Make : Rehau/Pegasus/Kynes shall be fixed on two sides it complete with strong bonded chemical adhesive through hot pressed machine all as specified in drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable leg of Table computer and S & F new leg made of 2nd hard class wood as approved by Engr-in-Charge all as specified in drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable key board of Table computer and S & F new top made of pre-laminated MDF board exterior grade 18mm thick post-formed with 0.6 mm thick laminated in Mohigni/Walnut as approved by Engr-in-Charge all as specified in drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing unserviceable/broken drawer sliders of Table Computer and S&F Volvo Telescopic ball bearing drawer slide mechanism that utilizes ball bearings for smooth and effortless drawer movement as per standard drgs and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing unserviceable/broken drawer and S&F Drawer of 12mm commercial plywood BWR Grade of Table bed side as per standard drgs and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing unserviceable/broken side back and S&F Side back of 12mm commercial plywood BWR Grade of Table computer as per standard drgs and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing unserviceable/broken Bottom of drawer and S&F bottom of drawer of 12mm commercial plywood BWR Grade of Table computer as per standard drgs and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing unserviceable/broken Hinges and S&F Hettich 15-24mm Sensays soft close Zero creank Hinges of Table computer be as per standard drgs and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of Table computer by scrapping with emery paper, cleaning, redusting, making the surface smooth and applying Black powder coated of approved quality complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

REPAIR OF SOFA SET

M & L for removing old unserviceable/ wornout cushion and tapestry cloth from sofa set 5 seater (Set consisting of 10 pieces of cushion) and supply of new cushion of size 580x 530x 100 mm thick make : sleep Well/Kurl-on/Duroflex with 32 density as approved by GE and cushion covered with tapestry cloth of approved shade & quality over a cover of lining cloth duly covered and streeched over the cushions complete in all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Cost of the tapestry cloth incorporated in the work shall be of not less than Rs. 400/- per meter) FD-281

M & L removing the existing old unserviceable worn out/torn out seat & back cushion complete with cloth and ply board from the chairs writing cushioned and replacing the same by cushion 32 mm density and duly covered with tapestry cloth superior quality not less than 300/- per meter and colour PVC beading alround as approved by Engr-In-Charge. All as specified in drg and directed by Engr-In Charge.FD/E6/MAP-12

M & L for removing existing unserviceable/ broken MS conduit pipe from chair dining blow past and S & F new frame 15 mm dia 16 Gauge thick MS conduit to shape as per existing chair and gas welding work and finish all as specified in drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of steel frame by scrapping with emery paper of chair dining blow past and apply two coat of SE paint and finish all as specified in drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for removing unserviceable/broken blow plast shell from chair dining blow past and S & F new blow past shell of approved make and quality as approved by GE and shape to the existing frame with brass screws, all as specified in drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for removing unserviceable/broken toe rubber shoes and S & F new rubber shoes of approved make and quality , all as specified in drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down and removing of old unserviceable materials i.e foam and cloth velvet etc from seat and back from Chair Visitor/Chair steel with cushion and supply and fixed 12mm th hot pressed ply wood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane form seat and back of Chair Visitor/Chair with cushion with change of new tapestry, of best Quality as approvled by GE with foam cushion shape/size/pattern as per old existing seat and back complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge FD No-TP
