Material and labour to carry out test and identify exact location and nature of defect in 11 KV HT UG cable any size/type using cable fault locator/equipment including finding of cable route as per site requirement including transportation, testing after rectification and restoring of the supply in all respects and commissioning etc complete all as specified and directed Note :- Earth work, cable joints as per site requirement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of the schedule.

Taking up old /existing unserviceable defective HT 11000V UG Cable of size 185 sqmm 3 core from the existing trenches/ near panels and keep a side carefully and segregating serviceable portion of cable for reuse / incorporating in the site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for cast iron cable route indicator of standard size circular/elliptical shaped with 25 x 6 mm equal angle channel slanting top duly embossed ' HT CABLE ' or ' HT LOOP' including and planted on PCC foundation 1:3:6 type C2(40mm aggregate) 300x300x100mm complete including taking out old damaged indicators and demolition of PCC near old indicators, necessary earth work, site clearance, painting and preparation of surface complete all as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in floors for ducts/ floors/ road etc all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for disconnecting the HT & LT supply from transformer, removing of top cover along with vent pipe joints, clean / flushing the core assembly by applying new oil through filtration plant and checking for loose connections, tap changer point HT / LT , connecting terminals and oil leakages at all joints, replacing of gaskets,oil seal HT & LT insulator bushings, HT terminal studs and acrylic sheet indicator along with rubber gasket after checking the insulation resistance value by 1000V megger and record the IR value of HT to earth and LT to earth, reconnect HT & LT supply line , commissioning in all respects complete all as specified and directed for the following transformers. Note :- Spares such as HT / LT insulator, bush, HT / LT terminal, brass studs , gasket, transformer oil for cleaning the core & shell shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items.

Material and labour for galvanized iron tubing 50 mm bore light grade with all fittings laid in wall/floor/under road/culvert/on pole for protection of earth strip including taking down old U/S pipe and providing fixing clamps, bolts and nuts of suitable size as required all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of old and unserviceable phase indication lamps with LED 110 Volts suitable for HT VCBs as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for painting of HT two pole structure of 11.0 meter length after preparing / scraping the metal surface with emery sheet in all respect for making smooth surface and painted with two coats of aluminium paint including cross arms / MS channels etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for painting of HT four pole structure of 11.0 meter length after preparing / scraping the metal surface with emery sheet in all respect for making smooth surface and painted with two coats of aluminium paint including cross arms / MS channels etc complete all as specified and directed. Transformer of capacity 500 KVA to 1000 KVA

Supply , filling and topup of transformer oil of various capacity transformer pole mounted / floor mounted BDV should as per IS 335 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Set of 3 HV rods along with oil gasket & oil seal and set of 4 LT terminal rod along with gasket and oil seal, transformer of capacity upto 160 KVA all as specified and directed
