Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft loose soil.

Removing excavated material exc. 50 M but n exc. 250m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting by power roller exc. 8 Tonne and n exc. 12 tonne power roller.

M&L for Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber, for 150 mm thick spread thickness and rolled wit 8 to 10 Tonne power roller.

M&L 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers 75 mm each with coarse aggregate of granite trap or basalt grading 2 ( 63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required.

Preparing unsurfaces WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.& applying evenly a priming /tack coat with paving bitumen @10 kg per 10 SQM complete all as specified and as directed.

Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness,with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and cmpacted to required camber and gradient complete. Notes:- (i) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot plant, transported from plant to work site and laid / spread by mans of mechanical paver. (ii) Filler for semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be stone dust @ 2% of total mix.

Preparation of black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the claned surface with air compressor to remove loose dirt etc, and applying evenly a tack coat @ 5 kgs per 10 Sqm with paving bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) bitumenous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete carpet with 5.5% binder content paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix and stone dust using as filler material, laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient. Notes:- (i) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot plant, transported from plant to work site and laid / spread by mans of mechanical paver. (ii) Filler for semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be stone dust @ 2% of total mix.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

S & F road safety Convex mirror of 80 Cm dia, made of one piece polycarbonate lens which is damage resistant, complete with mounting hardware as per manufacurer.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop ines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.
