Providing, Supplying, fixing direct sealing diaphragm Electronically Flow Control Valves (FCV) with inbuilt hydraulic controller of same make, communication, data logger, standby battery. With inbuilt communication the controller can send the data directly to the SCADA system over OPC/UA protocol. No Y/Oblique pattern valves are allowed. A compressing spring at the top side of the diaphragm is essential to a reliable closure. No separate RTU or Communication modem should be required to send the data to SCADA system of flow/pressure/level etc. for Flow Control Valves. MOC- IP65 Solenoids PN 16 (MOC DI),Tubing - High Pressure Polypropylene, Connection fittings - Brass, Pilot- Brass, Bolts- Coated steel. The valve should be capable of performing combination of flow, pressure, level control without requiring any modification based on time basis or pre-set points. The controller size must not exceed 0.5 m X 0.5m. The battery for the control should be sufficient for 4 weeks without needing any external power. The batter life should be designed for 5 years. Note: The replacement of battery during contract period for successfully functioning of system shall be the responsibility of Operator as per O & M obligations.

Automatic, pilot controlled weir pattern Pressure Reducing valve, activated by the pressure of the pipeline. The direct sealing diaphragm valve reduces upstream pressure to a steady, predetermined downstream pressure, regardless of fluctuations in the values of Upstream Pressure and demand.
