Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of IOT based monitoring system with provision of Clamp type/Flange type (as required at site) Ultrasonic Flowmeter to measure Discharge of each pumps having 900 mm Dia pipeline at delivery side, RTD & BTD sensor-based Temperature Gauge to measure H.T. Motor driving and non-driving end bearing temperature with alarm facility, Electrical parameters of H.T. motor (Voltage & Current), Vibration monitoring system, PLC System and CCTV Camera based web monitoring System. The IOT System shall provide real time monitoring and display of all type of parameters of the pump, motor and associated equipment’s on a single monitor/dashboard frame (as per required size) with provision for data monitoring, controlling and storage on PC/Laptop/Mobile. The system also includes cloud-based monitoring of critical pump parameters, spares and alarm management with suitable alarm indication and notifications. The complete system shall be capable of providing centralized viewing of all required parameters on a single screen for easy operation, monitoring, controlling and analysis of 60 cusec pump at Doharighat Pump Canal, Mau.
