(b) Insulated stainless steel hot water storage tank non pressure type made out of stainless steel grade4 04 Cr 18 NI of IS 1570 (Part-3) -1985 , TIG welded of 500 Liters capacity , non magnetic tank with stainless steel fittings with following specification -01 Nos (c )Tank shall be insulated with 40 mm thermal grade PU insulation with FRP cladding , Tank stand assembly made of angle of size 38x38x4mm duly pretreated and stove enameled with black colour paint complete (d) Provision of electrical back up with minimum 4 KW heating element including providing one No 32 Amps MCB 10 KA rupturing capacity with Metal clad box and top complete (e) The Solar water heating system shall be provided on Platform on ground made out of PCC and 45 cm in height as per manufacturer direction (f) Heat exchanger shall be cage type and make of stainless steel tube of grade 04 Cr 18 NI of 07 18 NI of IS 1570 (Par-5) -1885 (g) All other pipe / civil work , connection work for PVC tank, as per OEM recommendation electrical work , outlet and inlet thermometer, Air release valve , check valves , gate valves controls and instruments etc all as required shall be deemed to be included in Unit rate quoted .
