ROYALTY CHARGES :- Supply of Rubble, Murum, Soil, 60mm./40mm. metal (Hand broken), royalty charges are not included in the rates.[As per Govt. of Maharashtra, Revenue and Forest Departments Gazette No.146 Dt.04 June,2021. States that the royalty charges of Rs.211.95/Cu.M. ) are considered. The surcharge levied on Royalty shall also be payable to the contractor. Laboratory testing charges are not considered in the Rate Abstracts. Where ever required separate item shall be taken in the estimate for material testing charges, on the basis of testing frequency and charges fixed by Vigilance & Quality Control Circle, for the current year and shall form part of tender. testing of material by Quality control and certified quality must be use by contractor.
