MISC B/R REPAIRS TO CERTAIN GUARD POST, WATCH TOWER AT DEPOT PERIMETER AREA AND PREVENTIVE MEASURES FOR ANTI TERMITE TREATMENT INSIDE DEPOT AREA AT CAD PULGAON

M & L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing and applying one coat of white wash on Ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete Removal of existing treatment on walls including removing dirt, nails, making good holes cracks etc brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soots etc and applying Two or more coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint (Appex or equavalent) including providing and applying putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth   complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying one coat of oil bound distemper including prepration of old decorated surfaces of wall by Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

M & L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer on wood or wooden based surface exc. 10cm width or girth including preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron work over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

M&L for applying two coat of Synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel based surfaces exc.10cm width or girth including preparation all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L ceramic coloured matt finish tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm and shall be jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in paste pigmented to tile shade  over and incl 15 mm screed bedding in cm 1:6 as in floors complete all as specified and as directed .

All as item No (09) here in before but on vertical surface as skirting over and incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.
