REPAIR/MAINT OF SECURITY LIGHTS, STREET LIGHTS, HIGH MAST LIGHT FITTINGS AND PERIMETER LIGHTS IN DOMESTIC AND TECHNICAL AREA AT 3 BRD AF CHANDIGARH UNDER GE (AF) MC CHANDIGARH

Comprehensive maintenance and attending complaints street lights, flood lights, LED bollards, perimeter lights, high mast lights, solar/LED light fittings and associated wiring/cables, including inspection, fault finding, dismantling and refixing of fittings, cleaning of bowls/diffusers, rectification of defects in underground cables, testing and restoring the power to serviceable condition of light fittings, complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) The contractor shall deploy one Electrician and one Helper during General Shift (0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs) for maintenance of street/security and other outdoor lighting in Air Force School, 3 BRD Sector-31, Technical Area and Domestic Area of 3 BRD. (ii) All T&P, testing equipment, ladders, access equipment, safety appliances etc shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. (iii) Complaints shall be attended and rectified within 24 hours of reporting, failing which a penalty of Rs. 200/- per complaint per day shall be recovered. (iv) The quoted rates shall include bucket crane, hydra, ladder or any other suitable means required for attending complaints at heights from 7 m to 20 m. Safety of workmen shall be the contractor's responsibility. (v) Major components such as LED drivers, LED fittings, bollard fittings and luminaires shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. Minor consumables such as nuts, bolts, washers, screws, insulation tape, ferrules and connectors shall be deemed included in the quoted rates.

Supply only LED driver suitable for LED bollard light fitting for any make as per site requirement of capacity upto 20 watt, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LED driver suitable for LED street light/ flood light/ flame proof light fitting for any make as per site requirement of capacity upto 110 watt, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LED driver suitable for LED street light/ flood light/ flame proof light fitting for any make as per site requirement of capacity upto 120-200 watt, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only decorative concealed LED profile lighting arrangement for backside illumination of mirror, comprising anodized aluminium LED profile/channel with opal diffuser cover, complete with high quality warm white flexible LED strip (with adequate LEDS) 13 Watt / Metre, 60 Lumens /watt suitable for continuous illumination, having uniform glare free light output suitable to operate on 230 Volts AC supply through electronic constant voltage LED driver of suitable rating. The work shall include providing and fixing of aluminium profile/channel with necessary casing/cover arrangement, suitable mounting accessories, clips, screws, connectors, end caps and fixing of LED driver in accessible concealed location complete with sealing, making good disturbed portion and all accessories required for proper functioning, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair/replacement of gear assembly, double drum winch, pulleys, stainless steel wire rope and other associated components of high mast lighting system (upto 16 m height) for operation of symmetrically mounted luminaires, complete and making the entire raising and lowering mechanism fully functional, all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of all spare parts, accessories and consumables required for satisfactory completion of the work.

Supply only in replacement energy saving LED Street light of 120 Watt, high pressure die cast aluminium housing with seal toughned glass cover, minimum 110 lumen/watt cool/warm as per site requirement, operating voltage range 120 - 220 Volts IP - 66 surge protection minimum 5KV with flash indication, driver should be potted / CE certified / R cetificate and Driver efficiency 85% including making connection complete all as specifieid and directed. Supply only of street light bracket made of shape in ornamental (designed as approved by Engr-in-Charge) GI pipe light grade 40mm dia of 2.5 metre long bend to shape for mounting LED street light fitting including MS clamps of suitable size for fixing of the bracket complete with nut bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Fixing of bracket on street pole at a height not morethan 10 metre including dismantling of streetlight fitting and refixing the same after fixing of bracket with necessary T&P to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply only in replacement energy saving LED Flood light of 150 Watt capacity high pressure die cast aluminium housing with seal toughned glass cover, light source should be multi LED SMD color temperature 6000 K, 500K (+-) system efficacy should be minimum 125 lumen/watt cool/warm as per site requirement, voltage range 120-220 Volts IP-66 THD Less than 10% surge protection minimum 5KV with flash indication, driver should be potted / CE cretified/R cetificate and Driver efficiency 85% including making connection complete all as specified and as directed.
