Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia medium class G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface and in recess for connections etc. as required

Supply and fixing of MCCB enclosure of sheet steel, phosphatisd,power painted suitable for 4 pole "G" frame MCCB. Make:- Havells CAT NO IHEGFP or equivalent.

Supply and fixing of MCCB,"G" frame, 100Amps, 25KA breaking capacity in the existing Enclosure complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Make:- Havells model no. IHLGHF0100# or equivalent.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of ASHLOK make SEE brand safe earthing electro type-19, 50mm dia,length 2 mtrs and inner space to be filled with crystaline conductive mixture including filling up with electrodite (Back fill compound) as required for safe earth electrode and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc. as required.

SITC and designing of self contained air cooled ductable type Packaged Air Conditioner of nominal cooling capacity of 23 TR comprising 02 Nos. hermetically sealed scroll compressors , air cooled condenser, evaporator cooling coil with multi rows of copper coil,3 phase, 380-415 V, 50 Hz, AC supply,without initial gas charging (refrigerant R-410A),with capacity control of 0,50%,100%, controller should be microprocessor based with LCD display,nominal air flow of minimum 9600 CFM, enclosed in pure polyster powder coated GI steel housing, Outdoor unit consisting of air cooled condenser coil,Make:- BLUESTAR or of equivalent specification in VOLTAS, DAIKIN, MITSUBHISHI, CARRIER as per the instruction of Engineer-in- Charge..

Initial gas charging of Packaged Air conditioner 23 TR with R-410A refrigerent including vaccumizing the system, nitrogen pressure testing, commissioning etc as per the instruction of E-in-C.

Providing and fixing of refrigerant hard drawn copper pipes of following sizes (Suction & delivery) of split type AC i/c providing electrical cables (4 core 6 sqmm), insulation, extra gas charging, cutting, drilling holes on the wall for passing gas pipes , fixing suitable size PVC pipe on the wall through the holes and cementing, painting to give an even look and smooth finish and covering with PVC non adhessive tape over the insulation of refrigerant pipes and as per the direction of E-in-C

Supplying and fixing of air ducting fabricated out of GI Sheet confirming to latest IS:655 and complete with dampers, tab hangers, anchor fasteners, vanes, access door, framework etc and complete as required and as indicated below. GI Sheet shall be grade 120 confirming to latest IS:277

Duct with 0.8mm thick GI sheet (22SWG)

Duct with 0.63mm thick GI sheet(24SWG)

Supply & Fixing of air powder coated Aluminium grills/diffusers with / without volume control dampers of following description with necessary frame work complete as required.

Supply Air Ext.Al. Grilles 0,15,30 &45 deg. deflection with VCD

Return Air Ext.Al. Grilles 0,15,30 &45 deg. deflection without VCD

Jet Diffusers of 450 mm dia with panel

Supply & Fixing of G I Fire Dampers 16 guage farme,16 guage blade,150mm depth of nominal size (1.5m x 0.3m) to be installed in Plenum of AHU for fire prevention including installing on/off spring return type Actuator with auxillary switch ,10 NM torque with all accessories complete as required.

Supply & Fixing of fresh air intake louvers made of extruded aluminium with bird/ insect screen provided with intake louvers the lowest louvers of the assembly shall extended out slightly to facilitate disposal of rain water without falling on the door/wall on which it is mounted and complete with all aluminium construction volume control dampers etc as per requirement.

Supply and fixing of Thermal insulation of 19mm thickness for supply air ducting made of Class 0 endless sheet with self adhesive pre-covered with Alumunium foil,make ARMAFLEX code no COA-19mm/EAC +SA or equivalent, complete as required.

Supply and fixing of Thermal insulation of 9mm thickness for supply air ducting and IDU room from inside made of Class 0 endless sheet with self adhesive pre-covered with Alumunium foil,make ARMAFLEX code no COA-09mm/EAC +SA or equivalent, complete as required.

Supply and fixing Acoustic insulation of supply air ducting immediately after discharge of packaged unit, made of 20 mm thick self adhesive Ductliner sheets make:- ARMASOUND super silence ductliner,code no ASD-SA-140-20 or equivalent, complete as required.

Fabrication and fixing of stand/Pedestal required for out door unit & bracket for AC duct supports made of suitable size MS Angle/ GI pipe as required including painting with anti corrosive primer and metallic paint as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of CPVC plumbing pipe along with accessories for fixing as drain pipe to IDU of ductable split type Air conditioner in surface/recess make: PRINCE SMARTFIT or equivalent including connections using cpvc cement solvent,providing suitable size union in evry 03 metres, elbows, Tee, F.T.A etc ,cutting the wall and making good the same in case as required Make: PRINCE SMARTFIT or equivalent.
