Cement Concrete Lining of Distributary 13 of Machhagaon Canal under MMCLY

Clearing & grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth less than 1000 mm on pre measurement and removal of stumps of trees cut earlier disposal of unserviceable materials to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 mtr including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm thickness with all leads,lifts and delifts with cost of all labour, cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil manually with required lead, lift & delift including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm size and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth and dumping the excavated materials away from the work site including cost of labour, carriage, cess, etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means in all kinds of soil including stony earth, gravel and moorum etc. inter spread with boulders up to ½ cum. size with all lifts and delifts including trimming the slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as direction by the Engineer-in-charge from the place of excavation complete.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of approved soil from approved borrow area by mechanical means with all leads, lifts and delifts including loading into the transportation vehicles and unloading from transported vehicles and depositing the same on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5cm. to 7cm. laying in layers not exceeding 22.50cm including removal of roots, shrub jungles, bushes and all foreign debries from the earth and benching the old embankment, sectioning, watering and compaction with all type of compacting equipments under OMC conditions to attain minimum proctor dry density of 95.00% for all heights of banks and slopes with required quality control test including construction, maintenance, watering, dewatering and lighting of haul roads and borrow area including mobilization and demobilization of men and machineries and all articles and incidental charges required for the completion of work, complete in all respect including cost of royalty with labour cess as per approved drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement shall be taken on finished compacted section .Borrow area is to be arranged by the agency at his cost and responsibility)

Quarrying, Collecting, supplying and Stacking of good quality of moorum and sand in regular box heap size of 1.50m X 1.50m X 0.50m to be measured as one cum, and admixing moorum and sand in 60 : 40 proportion and laying in canal bed and slope in layers not exceeding 100 mm thick with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, labour cess etc. including labours and hire charges of all materials required for the work , watering and compacting to the required density in OMC using PRR, hire and running charges of machineries and quality control test, complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Quarrying, Collecting, supplying of 20 mm to 5 mm size graded hard granite chips from approved quarry of uniform colour and texture free from elongated and flaky pieces, disintegrated materials and other deleterious substances and spreading hard granite chips in filters to proper slope, level and thickness including surface dressing satisfying the filter criteria including cost, conveyance, royalty, labour cess with all leads, lifts, delifts and all other incidental charges with quality control test etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Cement concrete M15 for C.C work in concrete lining with 20 mm size and down graded hard granite crusher broken chips from approved quarry free from weathered skin dust and other deleterious materials including mixing in concrete mixture, hoisting and laying concrete with all lead lifts and delifts and placing over scientifically approved surface for lining to the bed and slope of canal in panels, compaction by vibration of concrete by mechanical means and finishing the surface using concrete paver finisher including trimming and dressing of canal bed and slope , with watering and compaction of slope and bed to proper profile and laying polythene film of 100 micron, supplying and providing approved sealing compound at joints including watering and curing for specified days with cost of all materials, carriage, royalty, labour cess etc ,hire and running charges machineries dewatering by suitable means, construction of coffer dams/approach roads, diversion roads, site illumination, diverting the water away from the structure including quality control tests etc as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (With Paver Finisher)

Providing and laying Cement concrete M15 for C.C work in concrete lining with 20 mm size and down graded hard granite crusher broken chips from approved quarry free from weathered skin dust and other deleterious materials including mixing in concrete mixture, hoisting and laying concrete with all lead lifts and delifts and placing over approved surface in sleeper beams/cut-offs etc. compaction by vibration of concrete by mechanical means and finishing the surface including trimming and dressing with watering and compaction of slope and bed to proper profile and supplying and laying polythene film of 100 micron, supplying and providing approved sealing compound at joints including watering and curing for specified days with cost of all materials, carriage, royalty, labour cess etc hire and running charges machineries dewatering by suitable means, construction of coffer dams/approach roads, diversion roads, site illumination, diverting the water away from the structure including quality control tests etc as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Without Paver Finisher)

Rigid & smooth centring, shuttering for RCC works including false works and dismantling them after casting including proper curing with cost, carriage, cess etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying porous cement concrete blocks of size 150x150x200 mm with porous concrete (1:3.5) proportion with 20 mm size and down graded hard granite crusher broken chips from approved quarry free from weathered skin dust and other deleterious materials including mixing in concrete mixture, with all lead lifts and delifts including supply of all materials, shuttering charges, all cost of material and labour for porous concrete block with approved sealing compound ,labour charges including positioning as per approved drawing including watering and curing for specified days with cost of all materials, carriage, royalty, cess etc. hire and running charges machineries dewatering by suitable means including quality control tests etc as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
