GE/CHD/T-25/2026-27 ADDITION ALTERATION TO FALSE CEILING OF CSD CANTEEN AND WET CANTEEN IN PCDA OFFICE BUILDING PREMISES SECTOR 9 UNDER GE CHANDIGARH .

Taking down Cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats with shutters (without taking off shutter from frame) n exc 1.5 Sqm each with mongry including Cutting holes into through brick wall and making good to dismantled portion in CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutters (without taking off shutter from frame)exc 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4 sqm each with mongry including Cutting holes into through brick wall and making good to dismantled portion in CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel window/ventilator with shutters (without taking off shutter from frame) not exc 1.5 Sqm each with mongry including Cutting holes into through brick wall and making good to dismantled portion in CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) B1complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel or window/ventilator with shutters (without taking off shutter from frame) exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 sqm each with mongry including Cutting holes into through brick wall and making good to dismantled portion in CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) B1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,wall,counter aprons etc, complete including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 600 x 300 x 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting , dados and risers to steps over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster on prepared wall surface using cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with Dr. fixit LW+/ Dr fixit pidiproof LW+ as intergral waterproofing compound, applied. set and jointed with 4 mm spacer and grouting the joint of flooring with epoxy grout mix of organic coated filler of desired shade,hardener ,resin in the ratio of 8:1:2 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
